FSHUD support team keep insulting customers

I have contacted the FSHUD support team several times without getting a response. Here is their response. I'll let you judge the effectiveness of the support and their rudeness!

 Hello,

Usually tickets are answered during 24 hours.
In other companies like Aerosoft it may take up to week.
So I will not call it "bad support" as you've broadcasted in YouTube comments.

Basically we don't need users like you in Alpha - it was mentioned for more respectful users who has some knowledge with the application.
Therefore you should wait for public beta.

Thank you for your response. This proves that it is helpful to contest the effectiveness and efficiency of your support to make you react. Other companies like Aerosoft, to whom I will forward your message that denigrates them, at least take the time to acknowledge receipt of a support request. This is not your case. You do not even respect your customers. It must be in your culture. You do not need users like me? But you need our money to live and develop. You are also insulting, and that does not elevate you at all.
I do not need developers like you and your product.
You will not survive long with such a harmful attitude.
I paid for an Alpha version and have the right to use it.
But I will delete your application because YOU do not deserve to be honored by using it, which is of poor quality, by the way, if we rely on the absolutely horrible voices that can be used.
I don't greet you because you are not worthy of it.
I will post this on Discord and in other forums.

 I've lost 3 of my weekends just to deliver this alpha version! Just to make it better for users!

So go! And broadcast everywhere! Because it looks like your life is so boring that you don't have anything else to do!

I thought such a chat with FSHUD could be interesting for people who want to buy the FSHUD application.

    I agree. I don’t have access to Discord so will take your word his comments were offensive. I think we’ve seen enough here to know the situation. Topic locked.

  • My communications with the FSHUD dev have been prompt, courteous, and professional. Hard to understand why this post is even on AVSIM. Get a refund and move on.

in my case i have contected severall times via ticket and they have answered me in a two hours 

Now  version2 is in alpha stage and the team have said from the beggining and several times  that if you aren't familiarized with FSHUD 1.3  they don't recommend to download v2, is better if you wait for final version 2 with all bugs fixed.

Just out of curiosity, are you "BJHawk" on their discord? If so, what you wrote there explains everything...

In my experience they always been professional and helpful when I asked for support.

Spreading this in the manner you have for validation says far more about you than their support.

You threaten them to spread the message on discord and forums and then get insulted by their response?

Not saying they handled this well but ^^^^^^^^^^^ says more about you than them.   Not to mention, half of your entire posting history on Avsim is to try and throw a vendor under the bus with your side of the story?

Both of you are probably a bit to emotional....and left the polite way of communications. 

That's just my opinion. 

Feeling insulted is your issue. Nobody else can be responsible for the way you feel as a human. I asked myself what exactly did you try to reach by posting all of this here at avsim? Maybe you can find an answer for yourself (a honest answer) and find out if you where maybe triggered by something. 

Because...if you believe to 100% that your where always honest and polite, authentic....then I think posting here is useless....and you find the answer in yourself ......

I wish you the best and hope you find some way to get in contact with eachother at a adult way.
