Hello all.yesterday and today I had the worst experience with REX Atmos!

First, I downloaded it from REX store. Registered the product and used it few times, looks amazing and added great effects in MSFS.

but I noticed that every time I open the app it asks to register the product!

Suddenly, it stopped working, I try to register, I get an error that the product cannot be registered!

I opened a ticket at REX support, first response was asking me to register in a different way that didn’t work,

second response was to delete a folder in my documents that didn’t already exist!!!

After that I got no response from REX support!

I got too frustrated and I purchased the product again but from Simmarket this time.

strange thing that the registration with new serial is working now BUT STILL asking me to register every time I use the app

    @nassef77, I’ve moved your post to the MSFS forum. There is no REX Atmos for Microsoft Flight 2012.

    @nassef77 so just to conclude: REX Atmos is terrible because you were unable to log in and the support did not answer you quick enough (both things in a timeframe from about 24h)? So you decided to buy it again from another store and, while it does work and "is amazing", your still bothered that you have to log in every time, and still think it's terrible?

    GEEZ mate...please cool down a bit since it might not be good for your health.

    He said the product is asking him to register it every time he uses it. If you’re going to have an opinion, let’s do a better job on the facts at a bare minimum.

    I guess you also give one star product reviews on Amazon when the delivery goes wrong.

    Are you logged in as an admin user, and running Rex as an admin.

    Are you behind a router or firewall that could be blocking an outbound port?
