Are you guys that are having issues on the latest drivers?

I downgraded 2 drivers back as i was getting lock ups.

And thought it was atmos as i purchased same time i downloaded the latest driver.

Mike

Yup.....I had to go all the way back to August to be safe..... so I am not alone.... Constant "hang error msg".

I thought originally ATMOS but it was coincidence since I was trying without it and was getting no start.....

Which one you are using?

Any news on the Atmos update. Still enjoying the app but curious about the update and its improvements.

well looks like they don't know how to fix it or what's causing the ctd as I've opened a support ticket on 25th Oct and had zero response!!!.... last rex product I ever buy that's for sure.

The response I got to my ticket about CTDs was “turn down your graphics settings by 10% and try again”. Super helpful…

Also not sure what these near daily server upgrades and outages are all about. The silence is deafening.

I had the same issue with CTDs with Atmos installed. I removed it until Tech update 1 and the manual are available and had not had any CTD since. Yesterday i updated to Win 11 24H2 and thought why not try Atmos again. Wouldn't you know it but 45 min into a one-hour flight with Atmos making it look fantastic when i went from windowed mode to full screen mode the sim CTD. Atmos is removed again until Tech update 1 comes out and i will try again.

seems  strange  as  you went  from window  mode  to full screen   suggest  this  has  caused  it  to ctd, if  you can  reproduce  this  all  the  time than you will have  your  answer

Yeah, but that’s a no go for me.
Mine always seems to crash when my monitor turns off or on. I have an OLED and turn it off during cruise to preserve the panel or it does the pixel refresh every 4 hours which also restarts the screen. 50% of the time with Atmos it crashes my sim when the screen turns back on. Without it I haven’t ever had a CTD in those circumstances. That’s just poor programming - it’s off my hard drive for good.

So finally it has mothing to do with poor programming.
You just wrote when it happens.

Your Windows is not stable enough.

Lol you’re funny. I should be able to turn on and off my screen without CTD, don’t you think? Without Atmos no crash. With Atmos, crash. That’s textbook poor programming but I can see that it’s pointless to argue with you.
