it looks like you purchased the FS2004 version which is listed on fight1 for $54.95

Flight One should be able to correct this, no problem.

Wow! What a duh rookie move on my part and today, you win the Internet Dave!

Thanks.  Good thing Flight1 does refunds, at least I think they do! 🤨

Thanks again,

I think so too. I’ve spent a small fortune with them these last couple of decades.  I think that was one of the reasons for my loyalty!

EDIT:  Proper copy (more $$$) purchased, downloaded and hopefully installed.

Not needed. My community is G:/MSFS2020/Community

I'm thinking my install is weird.  For example I was only charged 54.95 via Flight1 Agent.  Now when I go to try to redownload Flight 1 agent says my files not associated and the Flight1 website/my account does not list todays purchase.  Last date is July 2024.  My extracted and stored install is named:

iFly-737NG-FS9-3.2.1(dot)exe.  Sound or look familiar to anyone?

Perhaps a support ticket is in my future.  😖

Their forums are a nightmare to get access to btw.

That is an NG not a Max, you got the wrong aircraft.

On top of what happened to you...   When installed I did not find right away, I had to scroll all the way to the last plane even under Aerosoft twin Otter the very last plane on my game list to find it.  The MSFS2020 version that is.  Good luck and Blue Skies

Refund Exceptions

There are several instances where a refund may be considered (at Flight1.com's discretion):

1. If you purchase an incorrect title and agree to (or already have) purchased the correct, similar title in exchange (in some cases we can switch products if it is via the same vendor and at the same price). You must notify us via our ticket system within 48 hours of your original purchase in this case.

I also don't believe the Flight1 Agent supports the iFly Max for MSFS, you need to install the iFly Manager to purchase and update it etc.
