I had something odd happen this evening. I have been flying 2024 since day 1 with virtually no issues. Tonight I tried to fly a flight out of KMIA and I got a CTD. I tried several different planes and different gates, same result. Then I tried KFLL and KATL with the same result. I went to KPHL and KORD and had no issues. Any idea what would cause this?

Any chance those are non-default airports that you bought in the marketplace? 
 

If yes, then it’s possible that the scenery is incompatible. You can try the workaround posted to prevent marketplace sceneries from loading. 
 

This should hopefully be fixed soon when they allow us to disable addons 

I'm getting CTDs now at the world map.  3 times in a row.  All was fine earlier.  Sometimes it made it all the way to selecting a livery, now it just CTDs right away.

Then likely something is broken. I’ll check myself in a bit

Yeah, I think it's something global again.

Only recently I've gotten crashes also, no crash early on. However, it might be because I'm flying for longer durations (Free Flight) giving the game more of a chance to have an issue.

I think it was because they took some airplanes down or it's not validating again.

I noticed the CTDs for me were happening when clicking on the ini 330.  Those airplanes are all gone now expect for the cargo variant.

Either way when they do this stuff it should not interrupt anyone's flight.  If it does, that's a really big deal.

I was going to test out unplugging my internet on a flight and plugging it back and seeing if it would drop the entire flight or if it acts like 2020 does.  If anyone has already tested it out let me know please.

To be clear, I am saying I cant even load a flgiht int he south east. I pick a plane and an airport and hit FLY and after 15 seconds, it crashes. 

No issues for me. I've been lucky - after Day 2, it's been working perfectly for me. I mean, the bugs that are part of the game are there, like the blue lights and all, but the game works, looks beautiful.. it's just been great.

Impossible, haven’t you read all the replies on topics in here with people saying they see no bugs and everything with MS2024 is rainbows and unicorns?

No one has said that.

Ok, a little update on this, I don't think it is a reginal issue. I see I have the same issue at KDFW. I also have found that if I spawn at a runway it doesn't seem to be an issue but if I spawn at a gate I crash. 

Anyone else experiencing anything like this?

You can't which is a deal breaker for me.  There is no concept right now of flying offline or even flying if your connection drops. 

Whereas 2020 you would get an offline message and continue your flight in '24 your flight will pause until you re-establish your connection.  You can't disconnect.  

This is an absolute deal breaker for me.  What was a minor inconvenience is now a sim stopper.  Not sure if this will change when they introduce the concept of a "library" but for now if you are in the middle of a flight and your connection drops FS will pause and the flight will not resume until you resume it manually.
