If you have installed third-party AI Traffic aircraft only (AIG, FSLTL, FS Traffic, or others) without any injectors or flight plans, MSFS 2024 starts using those aircraft for its own flight injections.
This can be intercepted by FSHud and used as a traffic source. The default Asobo AI Traffic aircraft in MSFS 2024 can't be re-injected by third-party software (like FSHud).
Regarding live or historical traffic, FSHud just picks up AI Traffic currently injected by MSFS, intercepts it (removes MSFS-injected aircraft), and injects it on its own side, so it's agnostic about what kind of flight it is (live or historical).

Which is something I dont think we've ever heard Bob say!!

 

I've just recently purchased FSHud and have no issues with the voices. I am going to try BATC tho as I feel FSHud ATC is a little too prescriptive.... its good, just gives me the impression it's on rails sometimes.

 

I'd love it if any of these programs could use the ElevenLabs API and use Elevenlabs voices for those of us with a subscription there. Their neural voices are awesome and that way the cost could come from each user's subscription (if the user chose to have one). I've got one as I use ElevenLabs for other stuff, so would be great to be able to also use my characters for ATC. Just an idea @FSHud 😀

It is not bashing when you hear something that doesn't sound like what you hear it in real life, as I did while flying for years in the ATC system, and stating as much.

Apparently, its perfectly acceptable on Avsim to not contribute to a post but instead troll and instigate others.

I used AIG, FSLTL and FStraffic in 2020. 

Lots of planes!!! Too many for my older CPU. Now its better. I still use traffic programs like  FS traffic as its CPU hit is really low. AIG and FSLTL hit my CPU hard. 

For 2024, default traffic is good enough for me and the performance is excellent overall.  I would honestly not go back to P3d unless you really love some planes you already own. Why some of us keep XP12 for planes we own there.

I think it boils down to your experience. I love seeing traffic and hearing my atc program (pilot2atc) recognize it, traffic alerts, pattern etc while talking to your program. Very immerssive.

Sorry this thread was derailed into voices from various programs. It has nothing to do with your original question. 

Stick with MSFS but its all good if you want to keep flying your favorites in other sims if you like the traffic there, too

If  you had bothered to read this thread, instead of just going on a rant about how wrong I am, you would have seen this post a couple of pages back. That is what I was responding to..

Again, you have a habit of taking someone's thread/post and making into something different. The original poster is discussing AI traffic and sharing an experience from a different sim, asking questions about 2020 and 2024.

Sethos is entitled to their opinion as well. However, in Sethos' post, they were discussing exactly what the OP was wanting to discuss: AI Traffic. They happen to include a tidbit about their preference in voices. You,  on the other hand....once again basically derailed the thread into focusing on something else.

I will have a great day and would enjoy Avsim a lot more if everyone, especially you, would stick to the topics.

I understand but this is a pattern that happens often. This same pattern has happened on several different posts regarding ATC programs as well. Its as if there is some motive to take the discussion of how an ATC program or traffic program works and instead discuss the voices.
