DLSS 4 DLL's

Featured Replies

Ah now I know why "Override DLSS-RR preset" or "Override DLSS-SR presets" option is not showing both to pick

Not at my gaming pc but has to be

----------------------------------------------

set 0x00FFFFFF - this is K version if your using the other versions such as the E  J presets etc.

Multiple options of "Override DLSS-RR preset" or "Override DLSS-SR presets" may not be there, just one of them

These "Override DLSS-RR preset" or "Override DLSS-SR presets" may show or not show - so if its missing one of them no big deal disregard - select what is there and done

So i learned in past 24h that Nvidia is able to inject DLSS .dll and presets taken from the gpu driver. Called dynamic swapping or something like that. So it is like automatic system.
- you dont kneed nvidia app to have recent DLSS .dll and presets
- You can still use only Nvidia app for MSFS2020 and in future also with MSFS2024 (not yet for profile K for example or for newest DLSS4 .dll files)
- you can only have nvidia profile inspector by the instructions provided here and msfs forum. But feedback tells, not everybody has same option to override wich instructions are pointing.
- you can also use DLSStweaks, because it has been updated, to modify preset multipliers and enabling ultra quality mode.
- you can also use DLSSswapper, it has been updated in 24hours after newest DLSS .dll was released inside of Nvidia gpu driver.
- To make sure, you can use DLSS info bar that is showing used DLSS version with used preset. Instructions all over the Place, called registry hack.

So take your pick. Personnally i will use DLSStweaks and Profile inspector and uninstall Nvidia app.

And that is in 24 hour window i just told.

SU1 beta has update and DLSS .dll files again reverted to 3.8.10. 2 sec job just copy paste newest .dll to limitless and here we go again. MSFS2024 is so good with preset K and with custom 0.80 DLSS quality level.
