What is the flight time? And we're off, 4 minutes ahead of schedule, 2 minutes ahead of the real actual flight lol 13 hours to go... i9-13900K | 6400MHz DDR5 (32GB) | GeForce RTX 4090 24GB MSFS 2024 | PMDG 777-300ER | FBW A380X | Fenix A320 | ini A350
February 14, 20251 yr Author Awesome shot!! Have a great flight!! The 380 looks brilliant, still can't believe FBW did that for free. The screenshot has a real feel to it, looks great! I was up at 5, did my Physical Therapy, home by 6, first call isn't until 8 so I just went wheels up for KSFO-NZAA!! In total honesty NZWN was a bit of a disappointment 😞 It really looked like the airport had been just ported over from P3D. I was thinking with such a small airfield the detail would be incredible. Was still a great landing getting tossed around in a 777 coming in to the South past the city! So I landed and bought NZAA as that looks like a much newer and more modern scenery! It's 300 miles closer so only 5,800 miles today but that still gives me plenty of time to get through the work day and then relax for an hour or two before enjoying the landing. I also had no way of getting out of NZWN without stopping in NZAA for fuel for the long haul back to KSFO tomorrow so it was a totally logical decision to purchase another airport 😂 Have a great Friday! February 14, 20251 yr I took delivery of a brand new PMDG Boeing 777F yesterday evening, but it will not be performing any long haul flights at any time. I got 4k resolution when using DLSS 4 with preset K, I get stunning clarity and decent performance. Often between 30 and 45 fps wich the Varjo software presents really smooth! With BATC, FSLTL, Fenix or PMDG at airports like OMDB, EDDF, EHAM, LIRF, ETC. MSFS is a great opportunity to use VR (and I came from another real beloved platform...as a beta tester there as well) so I am familiar with various Sims. The leveL MSFS offers is new, the highest ever and I am not able to go back to 2d again. But...it's extreme expensive! I mean, 4090 costed EUR 2000! A high end Mainboard and CPU also, the PSU which needs 1500 watts. The costs for electricity as well. I earn lots of money and am very grateful for that, because I am aware not every passionate simmer is able to spent so much money on a sim. But I feel like NVIDIA and Co do drive things crazy expensive. 5090 costs 3000+ euro here in Germany. High end headsets between 1500 and 6000K as well (Varjo, Pymax Crystal, VR1 somnium...) its just crazy! I am thinking about pulling the plug the next to months. Msfs 2024 is delivered in a bad quality state, and the high end cost do make me reconsider my hobby. After all, I am enjoying but I am clear...it is also "just a PC Game\Sim" Msfs 2024 costed 230 EUR. Just crazy. I feel that my money is bringing me more benefit on other priority things in life WICH are healthier or more important for life or work life balance (more travel, a owned house, private coachings to handle our fast developing lifes and crazy things in world ongoing, Healthcare, etc) Or how do others think about that? How do you see the raising costs? Would love to read some critical and honest comments or opinions Regards Marcus Edited February 14, 20251 yr by mpo910 Regards, Marcus P.

Hand/eye coordination trainer with boxing and music however they moved the physical device I have to VR nowand it's rebranded as litesport. I much prefer hitting something but the VR gets really good reviews. Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
