June 5, 2025Jun 5 Hi, I've been using SimBrief for a long time without any issues until today when I've found that my two PMDG aircraft - Boeing 737 and 777-F are unable to download the SimBrief flight plans. I use MSFS2020. I've tried with other aircraft and there's no problem there. I'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. Best regards, Peter

June 5, 2025Jun 5 Yes Peter, i´m having the same problems as you have, at least with the 777-200ER, not with the 737-600 though, works as usual. I was considering to open a support ticket at PMDG. Btw, i tried everything within my knowledge to troubleshoot the issue but no luck. My workaround for now is to download the route and weather files at simbrief and place them in the corresponding folders, that works. June 5, 2025Jun 5 No problems in either MSFS2020, except for the spinning icon on one tablet but I think this has been fixed. The workaround was to use the co-pilot's tablet. No problems in MSFS2024. James M Driskell, Maj USMC (Ret)

Hi James, I confirmed that my Simbrief ID was correct and that Navigraph was connected as I could access the charts. To put things in context, I created a flight for the IniBuilds A300-600F and I encountered no issues importing the Simbrief flight plan into the EFB and the FMS. Best regards, Peter
June 5, 2025Jun 5 Author I found the cause of my problem - I used the SimBrief Pilot ID and I should have used the SimBrief alias. Thanks to all who viewed/replied.
