You are right the "buzz" around good products fades very quickly, mainly because when you have no complain, why should you waste time to express your satisfaction! I bought it on day one and flew

Finally I get to try Starship with my new RTX5090! Knocking on the wood the avionic stutter on long haul seems to be gone. Not sure if it's software fix or 5090 memory capacity handles avionics

I think I actually saw one today, are they still flying? I saw a swept wing plane with front canards flying relatively low. It was quite loud. Fun watching it fly by.  Is there another plane that looks like this?

As far as I know there few still operational; however, I haven't come across any Starship ever. At the same time I have seen a lot of Piaggio Avinanti . Avianti has particular buzzing sound.

v1.2

New Features:

Flight Plan Importing in MSFS 2020 & 2024 is now supported.  Flight plans can be imported from the MSFS 2020 World Map (manually created or imported from a file), and they can also be injected from the MSFS 2024 EFB at any time during the flight.  Given the uniqueness of Starship’s avionics, these flight plans must be reinterpreted for Starship; therefore, this feature is still considered “experimental”.  For more information see the new “Importing a Flight Plan” section of this manual.  The best way of importing a flight is via the “Send to Avionics” option on the MSFS 2024 EFB.

This is such a quality of life addition. I don't mind to manually program a flightplan, but i've been doing it now plenty and i've seen it know. This feature saves at least 10min of pre-flight.

Yeah I was going to guess the Avanti as well.  The Avanti isn't exactly common, but there's a decent number around.  I think the Starship is down to a handful in the world.

I remember when FSD had their Avanti for FSX or maybe 2004?  Definitely a different plane.

According to the information that I found there are only 5 of the original 53 Starship still flying.

Starship Status

Note that I couldn't find a date on this page. It may be fewer than 5 now...
