Visually lower down the list toward the bottom. I put it under the list of points of interest that were near the bottom. Can't say if yours will look the same of course. Hope that helps.

I have the Fly Tampa but now use Glideslope Pro’s version in 2024.  It’s very good and not too expensive, under $20.00 if I recall.

I just picked that up to try and it's not working right for me either. All over the strip stuff is missing. Like the Bellagio fountains are there but the Bellagio itself is not. Stuff looks kind of all right until you get to about the MGM grand and then the rest of the strip looks horrible, pink lines in mid air instead of buildings, completely missing buildings, etc. 

Have to ask. Have you removed or disabled existing KLAS and City?  If I remembered both are installed with Fly Tampa

I have not disabled anything as I wasn't aware of any requirement to do so.

Here is a pic of the bottom of my scenery order list, and a shot of the SU4 FlyTampa Vegas City working. I did not disable City Update 8. I moved the city down the list, updated the folder with layout generator, which probably didn't change anything, and then cleared the scenery indexes. This resolved the invisible/missing buildings that is being reported. If I have time I'll see if I can replicate the missing buildings and confirm...

Here it is with the scenery not working. So claerly on my system moving to the bottom, clearing the scenery indexes, and restarting the sim resolves the issue.

I want to thank you very much. I had moved the addon down the list but apparently not enough. I did the same things you did and now it seems like everything is ok. Now I just need to remember how I made the Sphere operate during the day like I used to.

I'm not sure how to do these things you've described. Can you expand? (Layout generator,  scenery indexes.??)
