Have you tried to install rather than stream? I have mine installed and it looks fine.

I have done it both ways and still the same result.  In fact in the inbuilds forum they say streaming and installing is the same, no different. The worst part is the front wheel with all the texture turning!

  • Then let us transfer the aircraft to the IniBuilds application so that we can have it on disk as it should have been from the start. Thank you.

  • Can't win 'em all, am I right!?? 😉  Jokes aside, we can't do anything about individual issues related to streaming or bandwidth availability. We have also seen customers who report this issue

I'm going to put this down to the "MSFS2024 + streaming + UK broadband infrastructure=don't ever expect good performance on a Saturday evening" equation 😉... but the performance of the A340 in VR after the update this evening became unusable.

It is slightly concerning as I have it installed rather than streamed - but I will nevertheless put it down to a busy UK streaming period and try again tomorrow.

Fingers crossed as I love this aircraft and it has become my go-to airliner.

Well, pleased and relieved to confirm that my problems yesterday with the A340 update was - as I suspected - our country's dubious internet capability.  Sunday afternoon is clearly less busy with streamers than a Saturday evening and, accordingly, the A340 flew well again.  😊

May I ask, if you knew there was a problem why did you release this product. Can you also explain why it wasn't like that on the first released version, if its anything to do with streaming?

We didn't know. This wasn't discovered at any stage of development and testing until wide release, after which we deduced it was related to streaming. We have pushed our findings forward to Asobo and we are trying to find the root cause.

Right now the Inibuilds A340-300 1.0.4 has problems that makes it hard to enjoy it.

-Numerous MCDU issues, like Pilot waypoints and Secondary flightplan etc.

-Winwing MCDU does not work anymore (SimApp v .71) - only when selecting the FO MCDU in SimApp.

-AOC -> WX is inop.

- Simbrief loadout with GSX dos not load properly. Actual Simbrief loadout numbers are not loaded into the Aircraft and Fueling is a mess.

Fueling only start when Passengers are loaded and I go into the EFB GSX manual menu.

That's a Winwing problem. Each consecutive Update of the Airbus broke the Winwing interaction and they had to patch SimAppPro to make it work again.

That shows the shared code among Ini's projects. The A350 has the same problem.

So load the Aircraft through the EFB and not with GSX for the time being.

The aircraft flies doesn't it? Gets you from A to B? How often are you even looking at that part of the aircraft?

Right? Even knowing that glitch is there I have not looked at that part of the aircraft. It's pretty minor in the large scheme of things with this aircraft.
