Yeah, it will just stream. But first you have to choose it in Marketplace.

Moving up the list is lower priority versus down the list. The issue existed until moved to higher priority (further down). The issue of the Hooper heliport occurs even after moving to higher priority (down the list). This is affecting likely many scenery's including SS3D, inibuilds etc...No issue with them within MSFS 2020.

Doing some more testing and the following screenshot is of SoFi stadium with KLAX Enhanced POIs disabled, SS3D Vol 1 (Los Angeles & Sofi Stadium disabled) and CU 13 installed. 

If I choose to merely disable CU 13 itself (inibuilds KLAX Enhanced installed with only cars & people enabled) the Sofi stadium looks just like this...

Not trying to beat a dead horse but I want to make sure I am clear on this as it does not seem intuitive to me. Moving an item up the list (towards the top of the screen) actually lowers the priority of that item/scenery? Moving it down the list (towards the bottom of the screen) will increase its priority?

Correct.

Lets take a moment to appreciate the great work they've done with CU13! Despite the few issues with some POI's and streaming data this is absolutely awesome! I'm a real world pilot out of VNY and fly around this area very very often. They nailed it! Here are some screenshots just showing off the update!

This TIN isn't any better right?  It's just more recent - sadly there's a big change in texture color over by KSNA

This TIN is still pretty melty... not nearly as nice as the vexcel stuff like near Denver, CO - it just looks the same to me as it did before... just more recent in some areas.

This is what mine looks like with SS3D Vol 1 (1.5.0), CU 13, Bijan Seasons Enhanced (look closely at the buildings in the center) it's just those buildings with odd tops

When using SS3Dv1, regardless of priority, my US Bank tower goes missing (all other buildings are intact) Has anyone else encountered this?
