    I have an i7 6850k cpu and run a GTX 1080. I can run everything completely maxed in the Seattle area and I usually get 23 to 28 fps. Where I usually fly, Oklahoma City, I get around thirty +. This GPU usually only loads 2.7megs a a time the most I have ever seen it load is 4 meg a KLAX or KSAN with MisterX scenery. Most of the time I run with textures high and reflections and shadows off, for 60 +or- fps. Everything else maxed.

    A big thanks Chuck for all the help. I finally got everything starightened out and am running both 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 very nice programs. I sill can't get 3.1.4 to connect to XP 11. I can generate a flight plan, print it out and use the plan in XP11, that is usually good enough for me. One Ham to another, 73's

    Wise thing Chuck, if it ain't broke, I did download the patch and have lost all the data points in the map. Reverted back to 3.1.3 and still the same no data. I can see the plane but can't get any information from the map. Also can't fnd a ClearAllSettngs.exe in the program so it not clearing the registry when I uninstall. LOL. Like you I will jus wait for the update.

    I have XPUIPC installed but G Plan still doesn't connect with 11. Thanks for the answers.

    Thanks Chuck, I have the 10 data base built, but how do you get G Plan to find X-Plane 11.

    Thanks w9nri, that was the problem, Plan G was set to connect to simconnect instead of XFUIPC. Change it and it connected to X-Plane 11.

    XPUIPC shows to e enabled in the pluginadmin.

    Does anyone else have trouble getting G Plan to connect to X-Plane 10 using Windows 10? G Plan connected one time to X-Plane 10 at KSAN, only one time and I can never get it to connect again. I've tried restarting, uninstalling G Plan then reinstalling etc, went to different airports, (I run out of KPWA normally). Out of ideas.

    This happens sometimes if you are running another instance of X-Plane. If you have ver. 10 running, exit it and try again. If you are not running another version, I wold reboot and try again.

    When climbing or increasing power levels, keep right rudder in. I notice on my copy after leveling off and triming for level flight i do not have to giv the right rudder input, or at least not as much.

    Open the map, bring up the low enroute layer, click on the ILS tail and it will show the frequency for that runway. You can tune it into Nav1 or 2.

    No the 172 does not ID the navaids. The B58 will, don't know about any of the other default models.

    That was where mine was too. LOL, never dawned on me it was there, accidently clicked on the glove box while I was doing something else. LOL Thanks everyone for the answers.

    Has the Austin Bobblehead been in all of the betas? I accidently found the bobblehead in the C172SP after downloading beta 5. Just wondering if it was in the prevous betas.

    Accidently found the Austin bobblehead in beta 5! Was the bobblehead in any of the other beta versions? Beta 5 is working great for me. No crashes as of yet. FPS is about the same but very smooth. The C172 still will not ID the navigational aids.

    I have filed a bug report when beta 2 came out. I didn't make clear however that it was only the Cessna that won't ID.

    Good morning to everyone, In XP-11 the default Cessna 172 SP does not ID the navaids, the default Barron 58 does, but not the Cessna. Does anyone know of a workaround to have the Cessna ID the navaids?

    Finally got some of the planes to install. I don't understand it, but if I try to port over aircraft from the new install of xplane 10 on this new computer, the planes won't show up. however I had a folder of the aircraft I had saved from Win 7 on a thumb drive, those planes will show up in xplane11, at least the Caranado planes do and the Mentor TC34 also. Thought I would add this in case someone else runs into the same problem.

    Thanks Jeff, Tried that but no joy. I don't know why I could do OK in Win 7 but can't crossover to Win 10. Probably figure it out sooner or later. LOL Really liking X-Plane 11. My new rig will run X-Plane wih full sliders right at 40 to 50 fps though. looks way better than it did wen I had sliders at half mast on my old rig.

    They did do that in Windows 7, but in Windows 10, I get absolutely nothing. I even clicked blank spaces in case they were just not showing up, but there seems to be nothing at all. Thanks,

    When running X-Plane 11 on my old computer with Windows 7, I ported several Caranado planes and JRollon's T34 Mentor plane from 10 to 11, they flew and looked prey decent. I now have my new computer with Windows 10 Pro and none of the planes that I have ported over from 10 to 11 show up in aircraft configuration at all. Can anyone give me some guidance? Thanks,

    The three switches don't show up in the calibration picture, but they show up as button 15, 16, and 17 I believe and are assignable.
