I absolutely dont know where to go with this kinda response. You offer no solution and frankly should be banned from posting anything on Avsim. Everyone wonders why Avsim has a reputation, Frankly its from responses like this, "Some of you guys complain about anything. Before you would plug in a controller while the sim is running and it would crash. They fixed that. Now the complaint is that it breaks immersion because now it asks to select a preset while the game is running 🤦🏼. You're sitting in front of a PC and complaining about breaking immersion." Was not complaining I was asking if anyone had the same experience and had a setting i might have not know or a procedure to keep windows from exiting the flight when hardware is introduced after the start of a session. I have been using an PC Xbox Controller for a few months now and in the past during flight, I would turn it on to pan around scenery and when i turned it on there would be a pause or a crash and sim would close down but most of time pause and controller would do its job. Lately, and this is pre WU6 and tail end of Update5 during flight and I turn it on now it leaves the Flight back to the menu and flashes up a box that asks if i would like to use preset settings or custom ones and I HAVE TO TELL YOU THIS BREAKS EVERYTHING IMMERSIVE IN ANY GAME ANY ONE WOULD EVER PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is this just start happening? Thanks in advance, Steve

Disagree very much so.... have the right controls at your finger tips, less time to screw up, more time to fly the plane and stay out of trouble. I have the 32 key version and enjoy every flight. Very recommended, Steve

No premium..... but lately it's been crashville the sims executable sims to find a way to crash the party almost every flight now. Correct I did not uninstall scenery. But will now clear my cache. Forgot to do after undate. Thanks Steve

I flew from there last night... no cube but a huge #11 sign 5 stories tall maybe thought the was odd... isnt this one of the handcrafted airports from Asobo Steve

I only found update by going to Microsoft store and actually pressing play on the msfs2020 app in the store. And the update Just started. Hope this helps Steve

Believe I read they are in process of an update... But I have had a problem with this plane for a while. The Seminole flies great but the M20R mostly in the hanger. YMMV Steve

Okay... yes the blue painted area moved around, that is true. But work the problem... Just repostioned the highlighted area to where it location was suppose to be and created. These kind of fixes will come later.... I can barely finish a flight before vc runtime error shuts me down... fix this kinda word not allowed first. This sim is about to be deleted, way too much frustration just trying to enjoy it. Topic for another post. Cheers Steve

Yes. I hold right Mouse button and paint an area did whole metro all high quality turned into 28 gigs took all night to download but it works... Steve

Just an FYI.... So i do what i always do when there's an update, clear Community Folder yada yada yada... But I always delete the previously created Manual Cache I made for my hometown. I do this so if any updates with the Bing maps would be represented in our new sim, i have the latest image. There I am at 12 midnight painting my new Manual Cache to only the highest level for the areas i fly and want to see in vivid detail the most. and I name the file ( input hometown airport or city here ) and press create. I am a patient person, its 1 o'clock am now, Wife and dog asleep. I thought so , the sim kinda just sits there, noticed it not doing anything. After 60 minutes, i check the task menu to see if MSFS2020 is even alive. It is not, next to flight simulator title is something to the affect "not responding"... i hit the cancel button and then i wait another few minutes before the sim reacts. And I am returned to menu selection. In the time i thought sim was dead, it was actually working (15 percent saved) and right there was a RESUME BUTTON and now i resume its 2 am. So I recheck Task Menu Services and it shows Flight Simulator is not responding in RED letters. I decide to open Process Lasso and find Sim is not dead, Flight sim is bumping right along. The program was not using a lot of resources 5 or 6 percent of CPU 8 or 9 percent Memory... but every fifteen or so minutes the blue led datadisk light would flicker like mad for 5 minutes and ten minutes later... I return to the Sim... the Manual Cache is now at 20 percent. This was a slow process (for a large area) but it worked as advertised. The results were breathe taking Flying over my favorite Metro completely stutter free. So if you are not afraid of lost sleep I do this kind of process after midnight I get much better DL results, I think it is Highly recommended. YMMV Steve

Another thing, If I may…. if feelthere were to fix said opportunities ( including some remarks I’ve read on other sites, ) clean up some of the models, adjust the lighting on the main terminal ( concrete frame is not so light reflective.. looks like apron lighting is bidirectional so frame around windows makes it way to bright. Refocus apron light on just the parking spot that terminal is darkish at night) I can be persuaded to give another review. This is the first from feelthere they hit a single… double… maybe an out… another update or two depending how committed they are to their new enterprise scenery building, they could knock some med range airports out of the park, up to them. If they need reference photos I maybe able to help. Is scenery worth the money… everyone wants their hometown airport baby to have all the bells and whistles, well feelthere hope to see at the final stretch, the models are decent mixed with default types help save those frames. So I again played a dog and fletched a stick with this one. While it is easy on the frame rates, the fact a professional team that has been around flight sim for ages, puts out an interpretation of an airport lacking... for example, the basic elevations of taxiways, taxiway bridges over roadways. Basic gate info on terminals and FBOs, Taking off of runway 32 your bouncing up and down like your on a fault line. I mean why even enter the business if your only going to do half*ss work. The only purpose of me, being the customer is to buy something I could not accomplish. Since the alpha days, I was thrilled with what could be presented in this new and ever expanding sim but it takes the developers to do the right things right. Hopefully Feelthere will keep updating to bring scenery into better focus or we wait for and hope LVFR to bring their excellent rendition over. Overall this is made for the xbox crowd with xbox expectations. As for a 30 yrs flight simmer, msfs2020 had been out long enough, we have seen some master pieces in mods and products and if your like me, if your product is going on the marketplace or any where to be sold to public, give me something to learn from and explore. Hey… I rename the G1000 mod to 01G1000 because Msfs2020 load mods alphabetically. so in my community folder 01G1000 GPS mod is first loaded. 02G3000 GPS mod …. 03G3000 road mod… 04GX….. i haven’t had a problem using this method hope it helps Steve

Hey back after a month or so in real world, did latest update but noticed all golf courses stadiums arenas, ect.... are missing and the msfs world has changed. Did updates cause this much mayheim??? thanks great to be back Steve

As Brunner Owners we are a quiet bunch... but there is no going back once you have had the experience, could be answer why were not so talkative too busy flying. Did 25 years with saitek yokes and rudders, the last 2 years have been a blast with the CLS-E Yoke and Rudder Pedals. Took simming to a new level especially if your pedals start rumbling cause your overspeeding the aircraft your flying. Yea, there are adjustments you need to do but this setup gave me as close to real life experience as i'm going to afford. So i did it right with Brunner. One thing when dealing with companies abroad, they take longer vacations than us stateside, sure it is true around the holidays. Be patient Well worth the investment Steve
