  1. Hi Gerald, Thanks for upgrading this to work with XP-12. I have been logging onto my Simmarket account for several days and downloading the file, however it doesn't appear to have been updated yet (most of the date stamps are 2015) and crashed XP-12. Is there somewhere else I can download the updated file from? Thanks
  2. Thats great news Gerald. I am missing RC4 in XP-12 already. Where is the best place to get the update from (when its ready). DO you have a link? Thanks
  3. Hi, I know Navigraph airac cycles can be used, however does Little NavMap support Aerosoft NavDataPro updates? Thanks Ian
  4. Ok thanks diajohn, good to hear.
  5. Hi Gerald, Thank you, I am fairly new to X-Plane and didn't realize there was an existing thread on this. Looks like it is working well and people are pleased with its performance. I have been using RC4.3 in FSX for many years so am happy I can continue using this in X-Plane 11 Regards Ian
  6. Hi, Is anyone using RC4 in X-Plane with the "RC4toXPlane" addon? If so how does it perform compared to FSX? Any issues or drawbacks? Thanks Ian
  7. Great stuff & good luck - Just subscribed
  8. Hi Guys, Just had a look at a few new Carenado Proline 21 tutorials. They are not very in depth, however are quite good at articulating the basics of the Proline 21 and autopilot functions. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqIFOR20uJgDFIDwO3C_2LA/videos Regards Ian
  9. Hi Richard, Thanks for your feedback. I have been doing a lot of research on these products over the last few days (mainly reading through these Caranado forums). I am leaning towards the Hawker 800XP, only because I really like this jet both inside and out. I like the cockpit layout and the fact that all the autopilot selectors are easily visible and adjustable (for example on the CJ2 the altitude knob is located down by the FMC). I am not sure if Caranado are planning to release any further updates for the Hawker due to the length of time it has been released, however if I knew for sure it would give me a bit more confidence in purchasing the Hawker. I guess its safer to go for the CJ2 and there is a lot more chance of more updates being released for the CJ2 now, however its just not quite so appealing to me as the Hawker. I did read that a small group of developers have been working on some mods to improve the functionality of the CJ2 and install the Flight1 GTN750 in the VC. This has been released, however I would be more interested in the Non GTN750 mod which has not been released yet (and not sure if it will be). Regards Ian
  10. Hi Guys, Its been a couple of months since you announced a temporary hold on any further work regarding the mods and updates. Just wondering if you have any estimate as to when you will be working on the nonGTN mod or any anticipated release date? Just like to extend my gratitude to you guys for working on these projects so we can have a better flying experience!. Appreciate you guys all have work and families etc and are devoting your free time to this. Thanks Ian
  11. Thanks for your feedback. I currently use FSX-SE and mainly fly PMDG aircraft so probably been spoiled with their attention to detail. With the Hawker has the initial problems been sorted? I'm referring to things like the FMC where you're way points dissappear if you select the departure airport. And if level change is selected the altitude selected is always busted? BTW have looked at the Citation but it seems kinda outdated now. Thanks
  12. Seriously considering purchasing the Hawker 850XP, however also like the 525A Citation CJ2 which hasn't long been released. I know there are a few issues with both of these regarding true system functionality and minor bugs etc. Anyone out there purchased both of these models and can give me any recommendations? Which one of these handles best, has better system functionality etc? Thanks Ian
  13. Thanks barrel_owl, I did have both FSX boxed and FSX-SE installed however decided to rebuild my PC a few months ago and just stick with FSX-SE as I mainly fly just PMDG aircraft. Just want to get a good business jet however want to ensure its as accurate as possible and with as much of the systems modeled as possible. l am considering this Hawker 850XP or the newer 525A CITATION CJ2. Regards
