Hi guys, Just started to use the add on linker free utility which I find very useful. Reminds me a bit of Simstarter I have for Prepar3d... I have one question and an issue. Question, Can I move my Orbx add ons so add on linker can recognise them so I can then use a preset so I only load the stuff I need where I am flying, EG a preset for the UK only loads add ons, including Orbx for the UK. Issue...I added some programs to start with add on linker when the sim starts, EG Track IR/GoFlight/SPAD.next...In the options screen it also recognises I use FSUIPC to start the sim. Once I press add on linker to start the sim it gives me the notification it has started, all the programs load but all then crash, I never get the spalsh screen and have to start via FSUIPC.... Should I not ask FSUIPC to start but add it to the programs to start once add on linker starts the sim... Phew, I think I explained it right there lol Dave

Hi guys, I understand there is a little fix around to stop the logbook popping up as soon as you cut the fuel..not the most realistic. Is there a link or can someone explain how to stop it. Dave

Thank you Ryan, just checked it out plus the PMS payware version... Annoyingly they both integrate into different aircraft I own, so I have so may have to buy both...typical..

Over the last few days I have thrown myself into MSFS 2020 as it did frustrate me plus loyalty to Prepar3d(AKA so much money invested in it lol) However, Now I am getting to grips with MSFS 2020 it is blowing me away, I will keep Prepar3d on as I said previously I have so much invested in it but I feel time to get into the 21st century for flight simming. On a separate note I own the Real Sim gear 750, which offering in MSFS do you all recommend...I am happy with payware. Dave

Hi guys, Anybody worked out yet how to mow the grass on the grass airports? It's exceedingly long and highly unrealistic at that length. Dave

Just paid another visit to my local field which I visit regularly in real life...Sywell and it a large grass field which has now acquired a paved runway and the grass is always very well mowed.. Just not in MSFS 2020 it is way to long . Has anybody come up with a fix yet? Dave

Is this just for the big tin... any good for large GA like Real Airs Duke etc?

Thanks guys... I went ahead and purchased from the Milviz site although if it was the updated Prepar3d v5 installer I had blank options on the installer and had to point it to my Prepar3d v5 folder. All seems to have gone OK and everything appears to work although the panel is a little dark and I get no shadows. Where is the updated installer in the forums? Dave

Hi Guys, I have my eye on the Twin Commanche... Anybody flying it in the latest version of Prepar3d v5.3 +HF2 ? Also...what is the current version of the Baron 55 ?

They do seem to moving further away from their original concept many years ago... Since John handed over the reigns I feel it has become far more commercialised.

I think I have now come to grips with replacing the F1 750 with RXP version via the add ons drop down menu... One little annoying thing is every time I load an aircraft I get the pop up notification from F1 telling me I have an incompatible simulator version, doesn't stop anything just annoying. Is there a way to prevent this? I am running the latest version of Prepar3d v.5.3 including hotfixes.

Whilst my machine can handle MSFS 2020 very well, since the recent update on Prepar3d to v 5.3 plus the hotfixes I feel it has breathed new life into the sim for me and find myself hardly going to MSFS 2020 now. I do have almost all scenery plus aircraft I require in Prepar3d and am perfectly happy.

Hi Guys, Got a bit of an issue with Strobes/Nav lights at night... On the ground they look amazing, Strobes pulsing... Once I get airborne they disappear, wing is in total darkness...Upon landing, they reappear...Is this a known issue as haven't done much night flying.. Dave

Hi Guys, I have just started using the RXP 750 but also own the F1 version as all of Carenado (or most) and A2A have panel tools for them... Once the F1 version is installed I keep getting incompatible simulator version. I understand F1 are no longer updating it so my Prepar3d v5.3 HF2 (current version) can no longer use it. Using the info I open the add ons drop down menu and select RXP panel configuration and follow all the steps including ticking no bezel...It installs the 750 but in the 530 so have all those knobs etc but the 750 screen... Is there a workaround for this so I get the whole 750 installed not a hybrid.. Dave

Hi Guys, Every time I visit Orbx Australia I get the dreaded graphics memory running out...Anywhere else in the world I run fine on exactly the same settings, just Australia.. Any ideas?
