  1. The Flight1 Islander is without a doubt my favorite GA plane and I have the A2A cub and RealAir Duke B60, but fly only the Islander. The interior 3D modeling, the shaking of the cockpit when take off and land, the flight model and the sounds are just amazing.
  2. Not well enough, you need to buy a decent cooler for the processor, the best price performance choice is Prolimatech Megahalems and overclock it above 3.2 ghz, then change the video card with Nvidia GT260 and the operating system to windows XP 64 bit.
  3. Buy ATI HD5850, it is the without a doubt the best price-performance card on the market.
  4. Too hot,too big,too expensive,if you want to sacrifice 700$ for a slightly better image quality
  5. It is so hard to find one, probably you will be the first, so please post your impressions and results.
  6. C0 and D0 are CPU steppings, higher stepping means new materials, more improvements and bug fixes. Most important result is better overclock ability.
  7. It is 125 gb/s and you will never notice the difference if they fix the drivers. But if you were in our country will notice the difference in price. The Nvidia 285 is around 500 euro compared to 250 euro for the 4890.
  8. I will definitely buy it over gtx 285 and 275, simply because ATI has a better image quality, better hardware specs and they are starting to fix the drivers for FSX. Also I have tested an ES sample of the upcoming Phenom II 955 and can assure you this thing will be a corei7 920 killer considering the price and the performance in FSX.
  9. This will be the best Bae-146 complex system simulation, VC, freeware, the only bad thing is we are going to wait http://www.alliedfsgroup.com/forum/viewtop...hp?f=3&t=65
  10. The only negative comment you will get from me is about the price of a corei7 based system
  11. An Intel Atom based system is not capable even for an FSX slide show presentation
  12. Wait for the phenom II 955 3.2ghz AM3, it will be out in April, and I can assure you this thing can outperform a corei7 920 in high resolutions. Of course nobody here will believe me, but we have tested an engineering sample, and this thing can be overclocked to 4.2ghz easily on air.

I just got it today, of course it is SP2 compatible. But most importantly it is by my opinion AeroSim's best plane till now and I doubt there will be a better one for this legendary japanese aircraft. The most important difference with the AFG YS-11 is that this one has a fully functional very well modelled VC.
  14. If the 24 year old female copilot really was in command that surely would have been her last practise
  15. Yes you are absolutely right as I did not express myself correctly
