Accel height? I don't know...

I find the solution. A few months ago someone had the same question and one of the iFly's staff replied as following: So: And now... Even the cabin temperature is correct:

Do you still buy scenery or aircraft for P3D?
Juliett Alfa Romeo replied to Rein2's topic in The Prepar3d Forum
BUT!!! I'm so angry at certain creators/developers* that I promised myself I wouldn't invest a dollar/euro in their products if I switched to MSFS today.... In other words, from the developer's point of view it would be the same if I were in P3D or MSFS. I would count for Microsoft's statistics and nothing more. * I don't mean all of them, but it's not hard to think who they are. -
Oh thank you @jcomm I thought it was just me... Other addons like FSLabs or PMDG shows all OK: wind in knots, OAT in Celsius and Pressure in milibars.
-
I feel the same thing in MSFS (OK, that was in the launch/release days...): felt fake. Too "plastic", too pristine, too... preety. And the flight sensation was I don't know... too easy. Fake! And then there was the fact that I had EVERYTHING in Prepar3D and didn't have the patience to start all over again, even knowing that at the time it didn't have as many addons as it does today (and it still lacks a lot). PS: oh boy. This thread will be closed...

Now with Metric System in the Config Tool: The EFB shows the same wind data... but in M/S. 312/1 M/S instead of 312/1 kts. Do you understand the problem?
-
Yes. iFly offers this config tool for setting up the aircraft and that is one of the options: ...and that way the winds will stay in knots, but the rest will change to Imperial. Oh, and ActiveSky shows wind 310/1 kts.

I have a question about the units in P3D, ActiveSky and the MAX. In P3D settings, as usual, I have Hybrid (feet, millibars). I mostly "fly" in Europe, so that's correct.... ActiveSky shows data in Celsius and wind speed in knots. NGXu and FSLabs also seems to work and display the values correctly in the Performance predictions of the respectives EFBs. Great! But my iFly 737 MAX... I asked for help on the appropriate forum and apart from being told to read the manual (which I had already done) the methodology is more about me trying to find out what the problem is because in the manual and in my settings "it's pretty clear what the problem is" (or at least I'm realizing that's what they're trying to do to me...) And here's the problem: In ActiveSky, the winds are in Knots and in the EFB in M/S (meters? miles?) If I change the plane's units to US System, the wind will be in Knots but everything else will be in Farenheit or Feet as well. How do you have this or how did you resolve this issue? It could also be that I'm stupid and not interpreting things correctly...

Why "big mistake"? -

Juliett Alfa Romeo replied to Rein2's topic in The Prepar3d Forum
I'm not buying anything at the moment, but I bought the iFly 737 MAX on its launch day. Buy what? I already have so many scenery.... PS: But I'm looking forward to MSFS 2024. -

P3dv6 gsync and vert sync issues

There is an option in NCP to choose whether we want GSync in full screen or windowed. -
Still no historical weather options for MSFS?
Juliett Alfa Romeo replied to jjf's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
I flew Active Sky in P3D for years. I think I never used Real Time weather.... -

Maybe the problem is MeteoBlue. I think that the "problem" is something called MeteoBlue. -
[Freeware] San Diego Borrego (L08)
Juliett Alfa Romeo replied to vbazillio's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
Hopefully (it would be a shot in the foot if ASOBO doesn't do it...) the MSFS 2020 scenery would be compatible with 2024. Well done! -
This. If I want to use FXAA (I don't) or SSAA is my choise and FSLabs doesn't have to interfere with that.

That "advise" is SO ANNOYING!!

Navigraph Survey on Flight Sim Use
Juliett Alfa Romeo replied to Tim_Capps's topic in The Prepar3d Forum
I'm curious about next year's results and how the data will be displayed. If next year MSFS24 becomes a mature platform I may change, but until then I'm fine where I am.... PS: I didn't participate in this "study"/survey. -
[Resolved] P3D v5.4 random lockups driving me mad

Completely off-topic (and I believe the error is my fault), but I'll report it anyway: -
[Resolved] P3D v5.4 random lockups driving me mad
Juliett Alfa Romeo replied to Ray Proudfoot's topic in The Prepar3d Forum
The other day I had a CTD above Canberra (only Australia v2, no other scenery there). My next flight will be to test new settings and repeat that flight. -
It's a shame about the lack of support for this simulator.

Witch window resolution is that? I think that your P3D is in 640x480 resolution... or something like that.
