I have had this problem with a GeForce 9800GX2 with one monitor, and I returned the card. Now I am having another similar problem right now on my work computer. The work computer has a PNY GeForce 8600GT 512MB superclocked, and I have a 20" screen with a resolution of 1680x1050 as my primary screen, and a 19" screen with a resolution of 1280 x1024 as my number 2 screen, positioned to the left of the primary screen. My number 2 screen does not work in FS. I do not know how to configure it to work separately from the primary monitor.Secondly, I am also having the problem that I had with the 9800GX2. When I go to the menu and click an option, the dialog box I want is hidden behind the flight, thus resulting in a frozen screen. This problem does not exist in Windowed mode.My desire is for the number 2 monitor to have an exterior view, while the primary screen has a cockpit view. How do I fix this? Any advice?

I must strongly discourage you from buying from Dell. Or Alienware for that matter (since they are owned by Dell).Their customer service is outsourced, their hardware is sub-standard and custom designed (so you must pay for overpriced sub-standard replacement parts that are very likely to break again), they only have a 21 day return policy that starts when the order is placed (not when you get the item), not taking back a defective system and instead offering bogus tech support suggestions to hold you off until it is past the "21 days", they often do not adhere to the terms of warranty agreements, charge for basic tech support, charge extra for American tech support, trick you into buying parts that are unrelated to your problem, not fixing a problem when the system is sent off for repair, and holding off on doing needed work until the warranty is expired and they try to charge you an amount close to the value of the system.Oh yeah, and when you do send your system back for a return, they mysteriously lose it and refuse to refund you, something especially bad when you finance it through them and they force you to pay for nothing.Dell has lost several class action lawsuits, and continue to utilize these poor, horrific practices. It once was a good computer company, now gone bad. Thus the phrase was coined, "Dell Hell."Anyways, back on topic now. It is always best to buy a custom made system from somebody that you definitely know will back their product, or to build the system yourself. I have had several problems in the past, but I learned how to diagnose the issues so that I could get my system working. I have built two computers for myself, and repaired several. Soon my work will require me to rebuild some more. The great thing about building yourself or choosing a home-builder is that you get to customize every minor aspect of your computer, so you know everything it has inside and out. In addition, you get more for your money as it is usually less expensive, plus the parts are better quality. With most factory made computers, they throw in some cheapo hard drive, whereas you would know to look for a reputable brand.Speaking of reputable brands, I strongly recommend a Western Digital hard drive, OCZ for the RAM, and a Gigabyte motherboard. I have ran into several quality control issues with Seagate, Patriot Memory, and ASUS lately.

I just spent an hour reading it. It is a very detailed review, and quite convincing. Makes me want to buy it.

Tom, I've still been having problems loading the forum. For the past week, including just a few minutes ago, when I've been browsing, often out of nowhere I suddenly get the guest message and nothing else for at least 15 minutes, even after putting in my login details. The longest event where this has happened to me was 2 hours. Clearing my cookies has no effect.

New computer
Plainplane replied to a topic in System Hardware: PC | MOBO | RAM | CPU | HDD | SSD | PSU etc
Yes, that is what I'm talking about basically. I had four sticks, two failed MemTest. Replaced them, and those two failed MemTest. Then I replaced them again, and I could not get any of them to run at the advertised 1333, they would only run at 1066.I've never had a problem with OCZ, the sticks I bought from them always worked perfectly out of the box at the advertised speeds and voltages. -
Yep, I still love that video.

I love those Airport movies from the 1970s, they feature interesting plots and the plane depictions are very realistic (as I think they used real planes). I ended up buying the DVD Terminal Pack collection. I wish there were more movies like that.I would really like a chance to fly on the 747 someday.

You are definitely right, it seems like too many people are focused on what will happen later on instead of taking the time to enjoy the great software that we have now.
