  1. You're right , after some research , now i see the problem has nothing to do with flight simulator. It must be a graphic card thing . Still i'm only getting this pixelation in dark areas of photos or videos , hence why , i only noticed it happening at night in fs. Also reading here ,the fact i have a 15.6 inch screen and 1366x768 of resolution , doesn't go well. Best
  2. Hello fellow simmers . I'm having this weird problem on my fs . I have this shimmering flickering noticeable at night , mainly on clouds and tarmac , or lights like i'm showing in the screenshot below. Please tell me if you can see it on the jpeg file below. It resembles the flickering of a TV when it has no image , all those white and black little dots. Never seen this before. I have a ATI radeon r5 graphics laptop card , tried to mess with AA , filtering , mip mapping , nothing worked. Updated to last drivers as well. thank you very much
  3. Incredible how , after al this years , we still find new things to our fs2004. I will give it a try also , hope it works in Brazils major cities! :(
  4. We might not be the target , but we have friends family etc , and i dont think alot of us would recommend this game ,as it seems its heading , to anyone interested in aviation or flying. I mean , don't know if fsx has coins in the air , but you can do everything else with it , nobody is obligated to follow real world procedures.
  5. It still a beta, i don't know if this game will have much more improvements , but why do they think it will sell much more ,than similar games?
  6. Did he adapt the A340? Please give us some info.Safe flying
  7. Why dont they make it compatible with all scenery , even default? Wouldn't that make the sales even higher? Coding problem? Thanks
  8. My longest flight is from São Paulo GRU to Madrid MAD , flying a TAM A332 , almost 10 hours including all the preparation of the flight! I made a similar flight in real life but it was GIG/MAD/GIG (and LIS in the middle) with Iberia A340-600 , so i wanted to do something similar, but TAM only flies to Spain from Sao Paulo ( I like to pretend im a TAM pilot , as currently i live in Brazil lol ) IRL the flight is overnight , so i put the aircraft on route , then sleep , then wake up and voilá im almost in Europe ready to descend.
  9. What do you mean by that? I have compared their routes with real ones and they are almost the same. Enlighten meThere is also this website that is supposed to be a database for real world flight plans , but you have to be a member for more than 30 days to request one. http://www.edi-gla.co.uk/fpl/index.phpSafe flying
  10. Thanks for the reply. i ill test them and find how they work with me . Resizing them could be a nice option ,to keep the nice clouds and have better frame rates indeed. But why use both programs?

And that is true , the route you introduce on your FMC is sometimes different , longer , more waypoints etc.I also found this other website which is a data-base for real world flight planshttp://www.edi-gla.co.uk/fpl/index.phpSafe FlyingAlexandre Cortez
  12. Hello , first gracias to Pablo Diaz for the excellent freeware package! I have only 2 small doubts , the folder which contains the Cirrus clouds are Only for cirrus or they change other type of clouds? And i see some of them are 1024x1024 , so how much it affects frame rates? I fly in a Acer 5012 laptop and installed the normal 512x Cumulus , so how about the Cirrus package?Thank youAlexandre Cortez
  13. What i´ve been seeing, is that even on same routes different Airlines , use kind of different flight plans. Not all that different because you are flying the same routes but there are variations yes. Check flightware.com and see it for yourself.Alex Cortez
  14. Goodnight everyone.Where I can find real word flight plans between South America and Europe? For the United States i use this site http://flightaware.com/, and flights in South America i use repetitive flight plans.I would like to make real plans flights to Europethank you
  15. Don't get me wrong it was just more a curiosity , and yes i have traveled as a passenger before . I´ve installed the AI sounds found here on AVSIM as well :) Safe flying
  16. Thats what i tought , plus pilots use headsets.
  17. In real life , lets say in a Airbus or Boeing cockpit can you really hear other aircrafts engines? if yes , how loud?
  18. Does this program , still make AI traffic reload and make them look like a formation of bombers? And that freeware program fs synch , same thing? I used this program some years ago and it was very annoying. Give some light please!
  19. http://www.terra-brasilis.org/ Vc vai encontrar coisas para fs neste site , and they have a forum in English .
  20. I use a laptop ( Acer 5100 ) to make my flights , so i think the older the system more you will see changes if you upgrade ram. Mine came with 2 x 521 , i took one of them out and put a 2gb , so now i have 2.50 , fs9 and win7 are alo more fluid now.Safe flying!
  21. Im having this issue with my laptop monitor ,this colored vertical pixel lines , im sure its the video card but ok.. and in top of that i have low specs. Even , i still want to install fs9 again i try to fly with these conditions , i know the cockpit will look different with all these colors (about 7 pixel lines , green , red , blue ...)but i want to try.My question is, is anybody here in same conditions, bad computer ,monitor screw'd up ,that still tries to enjoy the simulator? Safe flying. PS: that monitor is not mines , just an example of how it looks.
