Hi, Can someone explain to me what is the probelem when after buying a computer I must now activate the NGX eash time I want to use it in FSX? Each time I activate and I get a message that the NGX is sucessfully activated, but when I later restart FSX for another(new) session I get the activation message again and I have re activate again!!!!!!!!!!!! Help Please!!!

I agree - it is always an agonizing story to get their stuff downloaded after paying a whole lot of money!! I cannot understand that they have not changed their download method\servers or whatever!!

Yes strange indeed! My download stopped at 49% Redonload agian for the second time and now at only 19 kb\s!! Are there others also experiencing this!! Now I have only 1 retry left - and I was so anxious to fly tonight!!

Hi, Carenado congrats with the release - been abiding the time for this one!! Just one gripe though - I just purchesed the software, but the download speed is atrocious via my 486 DSL line! Any suggestions as I am currently creeping along at a mere 24 kb\s!!!! THANKS pilatus

Today I wanted to re-download the 737ngx base pack, but it says the link(URL) has expired. What do I do to re-download? The second question is - does the base pack have SP1 included?Thankspilatus

Hi cappy42,I am having the same problem for a long time now - tried everything & nothing seems to work! Read nummerous forums on the issue, as well as this one. It seems if you are using DWC option, this happens! Until a solution is found I changed to the REX weather engine which, with it's many limitations, at least give AI and user the correct runway!I hope a solutions will be forthcoming as I miss the fantastic variability (options) of ASE. If you find a solution PLEASE let me know!!!!!!!! pilatus

Hello,after the Hotfixes I notice that during climb ops in both VNAV & LNAV,the plane tends to rock up and down(oscilating) constantly, I suppose to keep the required climb speed? Anyone having this problem as well? I have loaded the plane via fmc as required. I did have this problem before the Hotfix!Another question to PMDG staff - If I do uninstall the NGX, or format, and reinstall, do I need to use the same activation code sent via e-mail after purchase? If not what am I to do in this scenario? THANKSpilatus
