    It depends on the data source. It will be impossible for it to be consistent. 2024, based on what we know, will have the same photogrammetry as 2020 + more (the Grand Canyon being the only example right now of 2024 exclusive photogrammetry).

    all the default aircraft use dynamic registries on their model. In the customisation option rom the main menu, if you have 'show tail number' enabled, you'll see your specified tail number on the model. I don't know if there's any third party aircraft that also use that system. The upcoming A320N V2 by inibuilds will also use it to show your tail number (and selcal specified in the EFB) in the cockpit.

    2024 must have some wicked optimization for every tree to be a 3D model. I‘m going to guess some extreme LOD. Only so many trees are full 3D at a time, and probably depends on how close you are.

    Exactly. They'll show a trailer that appeals to everyone, and then get into the deep technical details at FSExpo. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a demo at FSExpo

    the problem was the program doesn't support intersection takeoffs yet. It's expecting you to be at the very end of the runway.
