"Ifly versus PMDG", thats the title of a well written review that also focuses on the negative aspects of PMDG's 737. And as most NGX users know ... there are quite a lot.You can also read in the summary that people who have already bought the Ifly dont need to spend money on the rival. And furthermore the author cant fully recommend the PMDG (see preface). Nachtigall, ick hör dir trapsen!

Almost identical equipment same disappointing performance. The combination of heavy weather, megaaiport by Aerosoft, maxed autogen and an unfortunately very demanding NGX will inevitably lead to low fps. For example 14 when approaching EDDH or LFPG.Well, this fps-fiasco improves a lot as soon as I take my Ifly or Wilco's Embraer for a flight ...

I do get this message when loading from a saved flight, no matter which phase of flight. Even shortly after departure.Latest fix installed.

I've been experiencing the same issue since today, no changes made to my FSX. Pretty strange.Gonna try a reinstall.

Thanks a lot, tested NGX with stunning result. I was able to switch back and forth heavily without a single CTD! But later on I got one due to d3d9.dll while opening IVAP in full screen.

With 747x only occasional crash, NGX permanent! So only solution is dropping when flying the 737 ...

d3d9.dll belongs to the ENB effects. If not installed, you wont find it.

Thats it! d3d9.dll is the culprit. ENB works fine, but as soon as I want to change from window to full ... baaaaaaang. Is there a way to solve the issue? I really like the ENB.

Switching between window and full screen usually leads to a CTD, well thats what I experience ... and no solution found.

Hi all, am I the only one who experiences CTD's when switching between window mode and full screen?It only happens when flying products by PMDG, other birds (Level D, Captain Sim, Wilco Feelthere etc) are not affected. Bye

In my eyes, the NGX is a highly "unstable" product.My sim worked fine until I installed the 900WL KLM livery as admin. Now, the sim wont start, error message: visualfx.dll. This bird really needs a serious servicepack ... what a xxxxxxx EDIT: I had to completely uninstall the NGX, to make my sim work again. But do I have to be afraid of a crashing sim each and every time I install a new livery? Come on PMDG, you can do better!

After having installed the NGX, my sim frequently crashes or even wont start. Culprit: virtualfx.dll.After a complete uninstall, the error is gone. Anyone the same problem? Win7, 2600K, FSX plus Acc pack, UT Terrain, REX2 and some Aerosoft Addons.

Its a clean FSX install, without FPS Limiter, ENB ini or other fancy stuff. It's only related to NGX as all other software works without any problems at all.

Well, I will have a look, but it only happens when using the NGX ... thanks.

Latest version, bought yesterday ...

Fellow simmers, So far, the NGX is running okay on my system (WIN7 64, 2600K @ 4.6, GTX260). But when I switch from window mode to full screen, the whole screen turns black, and FSX crashes to desktop. No matter where I fly, with or without other addons, it only happens when flying NGX!Did others experience the same? Is this a bug? Thanks!

vc10man, thats exactly what I did ... but after logging in to my paypal account, the webpage becomes distorted and unreadable.

Well, the site does not show up correctly after redirecting from PMDG to Paypal, did also try firefox without success. Other computer same issue.

Hello, I want to buy 747 for FSX, but the purchase process stops after checking out and signing in on the paypal webpage. The site seems to be corrupted. I did not experience this problem in other webshops when using paypal. Any solution? Thanks!
