I can't recommend these two products any higher....than Top-Shelf!
Sesquashtoo. Nice to say hello. Love your picture chronicles. A request. Any chance of posting JPEG's instead of PNG files for bandwidths sake. If not, that's fine. Just thought i would ask. All the best, and cheers from OZ.

All quiet on the Avsim front(page), X-Plane releases not worth mentioning?
Good question.

Do we Love X-Plane? Don't we?
Ridiculous comment. Laughable and ludicrous. Classic troll in my book.

The view distance question (again)
I don't have 10 yet. But isn't there a [3D Bump Map] option that has to be selected to increase distant topography out to 100 miles?

High altitude graphic issue with XPX
I'm looking forward to purchasing XPX later on this year. Hopefully i will have the coin saved up to replace my computer coinciding with X-Plane being 64bit capable at the time of purchase. The way XPX looks graphically at 37000 feet is deplorable. I didn't think it was that bad. The question i ask is, why is it that bad? Fair Dinkum, i hope this gets sorted out.

Putting the traffic in the X-plane 10
Something to keep an eye on. Air Traffic for X-Plane Features Flight plans can be created specifying departure airport, arrival airport, and waypoints along the way. The flight plan will include a list of aircraft in the flight and formation type which can change between waypoints. Aircraft altitudes can be specified in ASL or AGL, the latter being used for low level terrain-following flights. Flight plans can have a start time so aircraft start at the correct times or they can be random so they will activate at any random time. Routes are generated from the flight plans to fly aircraft towards the active runway at the destination. Arrivals can be straight in or overhead breaks for military aircraft. Ground routes can be defined specific to aircraft types. An appropriate ground route will be loaded so that airliners will taxi to or from jetways and fighter aircraft will taxi to or from hangars or other parking spots. Objects are used for aircraft instead of the X-Plane multiplayer aircraft so there is no limit to the number of planes that can be in the air. Francesco of Aircraft3D will be building a whole suite of aircraft for this application. Some randomness is built in aircraft flight paths so as you'll see in the video, the aircraft bob around a bit in the formation. http://www.classicjetsims.com/AirTraffic.html Ai comes up in this thread http://forum.avsim.net/page/index.html/_/community/rc-sims-reports-on-x-plane-devcon-r184

I'm just interested in how the Algorithm will work with X-plane 10. The CBD? Skyscrapers?Let's wait and see. (:Regardless of the outcome, i am buying X-Plane 10 simply because the SR-71 is default!<h3 class="r"></h3>

A generic New York City is going to be interesting with XP10. What's going to be the end product?
