Mitch, believe it or not, I have spent the whole day redownloading and reinstalling my North American ORBX scenery. So your post came just right. Off to work tomorrow and I'm looking forward to a new simming year with that great scenery. My FSX SE runs great.

David, it takes a long time. + 1 year for me. But Prepared is a good sim too so good luck and many happy flights.

The easiest situation for the add on companies would be 10 as the latest release. See what they do with FSX. They have a stable platform that will never change. What works today will work in 100 years. Just a "what if scenario". I believe in 10 and hope we'll see 11, 12, 13, ...

The LES Citation will be an excellent aircraft. But I'm looking for a jump.in.and.fly.Citation. The LES one will be a study sim. I like to change aircraft often so I don't have the fun by reading manuals. My last two planes were the Carenado B200 and B1900. So their Citation will be an instant buy for me.

As an ex smoker let me tell you that you've nailed it. ORBX scenery is cigarettes.

I had a bad start with XPX. Took me a while to find satisfaction. But meanwhile FSX is long gone, Prepared was installed but returnes and I love flying my XPX. Whenever I see screenshots of fellow simmers flying with ORBX add ons I'm still jealous but for me it's no way back. I have great add on planes, flying my Carenado fleet most of the times and I have a stable running sim working well on my old hardware. Remembering FSX with many add ons was a slight show or the ORBX scenery I payed for was turned down to get it running.
