Except the Fly the Line, and as an addition to the list is Air Hauler 2, I tried all the career modes. The last one tried was Neofly, I bought even the career mode for 20$, but it didn't appealed me too much, is some kind similar with MSFS 2024 career mode and beside that it crashed a lot. I did a lot flight and didn't noticed that the apps crashed in background and the progress was lost. Onair I tried only 7 days trial and was very interesting for me, but subscription method is off for me. I have many other subscriptions and yes, 3.50$ per month is not really much, but adding with others is more than enough for me. I always looked for a realistic mode (this is my subjective point of view) and decided to create my own kind of flight management in google sheet where I can add what I want in the way I want. I am at a very beginning, managed to create an automation for routes which take account my actual airplane (I fly Cows Diamond DA40 NG) and my base. I have no coding skills, but with help of AI and google I managed to create something. Step by step I add stuffs to create a realistic environment. For start I chose a little airstrip nearby city where I live, doing round flights and adding diverse type of flights: Air Taxi, Charter, Tourism, Cargo and in future I want to add Medevac, Regular routes etc. while I "advance" in career and add more bases. While I have to add some data manually it, I created many formulas and some scripts to help me especially on the economy side, so according to my costs for each flights for e.g (fuel added with actual price from market, maintenance rate, landing fee). So as an example, I have fields with initial costs (how much I expect to be the cost of the flights which help me to know how much to money ask to have profit) and the real costs, after the flight because it depends by the weather, headwind raise the costs (more fuel consumed, much wear due to longer flight time etc). Also as main economy I have an initial budget and added total fix costs (aircraft leasing, base rental, insurance etc.) and total variable costs (fuel, maintenance check, landing fees and other vairables). I don't want to bore you with others details, I still work to create an realistic environment and have lot in my minds. For now I just tested and I really like the way is going, It's rewarding and I have a real purpose to fly and to explore many flights type.

I just bought the CRJ V2 from Aerosoft for MSFS 2024, but when I select it, the thumbnail shows an MSFS 2020 label. I watched some videos on YouTube, and others didn’t have the MSFS 2020 label. Did I miss something? Are there any differences between the 2020 and 2024 versions? I installed the add-on through the Aerosoft One app.

Confirm this issue introduced with SU3, observed on ini A330, ini A321, FBW A320 and A380 from what I tested so far. Tried also with C172 and had no problems. Indeed EFB flight planner is culprit, I did a flight from KSTL to EDDF with default inibuild A330-300 without to touch EFB and had no weird stutters. I reported this bug on the microsoft official forum.

It happened to me often. Is a WASM crash indeed. A workaround for me is at the first flight when everything is loaded, give a restart of flight and then I hadn’t any crash or freeze. You can try that. This is an issue with inibuilds aircraft, had same freezes with A321 default, so a restart after initial start is working for me.

Indeed I have premium deluxe version. Still don't manage to start the C185. It spawn me right in cockpit,I'm trying to switch in walkaround mode with shift + C and nothing happen. C404 was fine, until few time ago. I wanted to take a spin with C185 when was added in library and then encountered this bug. I checked controls, settings etc, nothing wrong there.

I have the same problem, not only with C185 but also with C404 as I have tested so far.

Still happen, I'm not sure if the problem is only on my side or is general because it worked fine in past with navigraph navdata. I didn't change anything in sim in this time.

Hello everyone, I have an issue with missing procedures for LTFM airport from Flightsim.to. I’m in beta and have a Navigraph subscription. Until two weeks ago, all procedures were available. Yesterday, I wanted to start a flight from LTFM (Istanbul) to LSGG (Geneva) in the Airbus A321N by IniBuilds. When I tried to select a SID procedure in the FMS, only runways were available, but no procedures. The same issue occurred in the MSFS planner in the sim. I tried reinstalling the airport mod and Navigraph data, but nothing worked. I should mention that I have the latest update for LTFM, which is compatible with MSFS 2024. Two weeks ago, everything was working fine. Has anyone else tried flying to/from LTFM and experienced the same problem?

Did you try the installer from the Blackbox website? https://www.blackboxsimulation.com/downloads/. I'm curious if it works because I want to buy it, but I might wait until the compatibility issue is resolved, despite the sale they have.

Indeed, as @Lotharen mentioned, if I zoom out, at some point, clouds and precipitation appear. I use Brave as my browser, but I also tested it with Edge and Chrome, and there was no difference.

Have anyone issue with weather overlays? Even if I ticked all boxes; cloud coverage and precipitation, are not shown on map. Can only see the wind barbs which are very sparse. Is something I do wrong?

Do you have this issue in map display with GPS location not loading in Cessna 172 G1000? I waited already 10 minutes, and GPS it seems to be off,both avionics bus are on as you can see in the capture below. Edit: The GPS is working; it's just that the airplane icon on the map is wrong. Is there a way to change it?

I went directly with premium deluxe version in xbox app. At first start when reached to phase “Loading language” was stuck for me at 0%. After a force exit and restart I just let the install to work and after a hour i could get in menu. Actually I had all planes from premium deluxe available. If you are stuck with 97% the best thing is to exit and start over again unfortunately…

After waiting a few hours for installation, I managed to get into the sim and play for about an hour. I did a few short flights around the globe, including my home area. I flew the Cessna G1000 and Cirrus SR22T. From an early point of view, the flight modeling, visuals, weather, and other aspects I could test are a big leap forward from MSFS 2020. I know that there are currently major issues with servers, and there are a few bugs. For example, I tried to fly the Cessna 172 G1000 cargo variant, and for some reason, the plane's location on the map display was missing. The control mapping can be difficult at first, but with some patience, you can create general and individual control settings. Satellite imagery looks much better, in my opinion, and areas with poor satellite coverage appear improved, especially with new ground detail and biome variety. I also really liked the lighting and visibility. There’s actual haze, and not just in areas with METAR coverage. The seasons looked nice in my home area, quite realistic. I didn’t test much, but I will be patient and hope the server issues are resolved soon so we can all enjoy the new sim. I tried launching the sim again but was prompted with a login queue message, so I’ll try again in the coming days. I think Microsoft and Asobo don’t deserve all the harsh criticism for the current situation. Like you, I paid for this sim, and it’s normal to have high expectations (I bought the Premium Deluxe version). The best approach now is to be understanding and patient, because MSFS 2024 has great potential, and they are aware of the issues. I hope we’ll soon be able to enjoy the new sim as it should be.
