I can only imagine the Marketplace integration is the major hold up, as these patch notes are no where near major enough to warrant a delay in releasing.

I don't know if I'm the only one feeling that patching is going at a very slow pace, if indeed it's what it is - us testing the patch before it's officially out.

I tend to agree the pace is connected to the Marketplace / Third Part Support issues.

This does seem to be taking a very long time.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

Remember, we don't get all of the stuff they are fixing in these patch notes. These are just to let us know they are working on things.

The patch notes are not fully indicative of ALL of the work that is being done.

And entry in the patch notes like "SDK", which does not give any details, could have entailed many, many little fixes.

I know that I do this when summarizing things to folks who don't "need" to know all of the minutiae. If the database had a problem and I say I fixed the issues we were having, I don't list the individual things that I fixed which numbered in the dozens. I just tell them "I fixed the database".

I am disappointed. oversaturated unreadable GPS at night unfortunately still not fixed for the Cessna 404 Titan,

why not? when they have already fixed this for other aircraft like C172 using the same Garmin 530 GPS? like so:

very nice.

Lately having an issue with loading to airport. Sometimes have to back out and try a different location and sort of "jump start" the sim. Once it works, it usually continues to work for that session.

Yeah, I’ve had that lately. It seems to have taken a particular dislike to California.

I have to start a flight on the east coast first before it will let me head west.

Yea...I know it's something with the Beta or more likely the servers. But, you know how it's easy to tear your hair out trying to figure out what's up.

As far as I understand, carenado needs to make a small change since it's on their end.  Even though the plane "belongs" to Microsoft, Carenado would still need to make the fix.  I'm guessing the 404 is using v1 of the WT GNS anyway.

I posted about this on the forums.  I also experience it fairly often...perhaps 25% of the time.
