Hi Bill, That 737 flap and spoiler detent kit looks fantastic! I also noticed what looks like custom toggle switch labels in the Bravo. Where did you find those and what are you binding the toggle switches to? I have a bravo, too; but now I see more possibilities for customization. -Thanks, Scott

The FSDT_Catering_Van_CZ file finally updated via Live Update! All is well again. 😀 Thank you for the excellent customer service that you always provide.

The FSDT forum is giving me a database error when I try to post this, but I have been able to reproduce and propose a workaround for those who still have an "unrecoverable error" when selecting catering service... I had the same issue as ChuckOman and cfso6342; an "unrecoverable error" when selecting catering service. Deboarding, fueling, boarding, and pushback operations work as normal. Only the catering option would throw an "unrecoverable error". This error condition would trigger no matter which airport or catering operator was selected. I then removed the GSX.CFG file I had made for the PMDG 737. No "unrecoverable errors" were thrown once the airplane configuration file was removed from the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Airplanes\AirplaneName folder. I then created a new configuration file for testing. At first, I only unselected "Use GSX traffic cones" to create a new GSX.CFG for the PMDG 737. Again, all GSX operations worked normally without error. However, when editing the service door 1 position to “No door at this position”, this new configuration would throw an "unrecoverable error" when selecting the catering option. Please check for an airplane configuration in a GSX.CFG file, (located in the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Airplanes\AirplaneName folder) and remove to test. In my case, I can reproduce the exception CREATE_OBJECT_FAILED in call AICreateSimulatedObject param #1 'FSDT_Catering_Van_CZ' every instance an user airplane configuration file is used, with a “No door at this position” selected at a catering door position. Again, this will occur when selecting any catering operator at any airport. It is the GSX.CFG file that will lead to the error. I hope this will help lead the team to a robust solution to this issue. -Thanks, Scott

Hi Roland, Thank you for creating and sharing these wonderful utilities. I have a question and a suggestion that might be useful for other users. Using the addon.xml, is there a way to auto start AIGround/ALFlow to the tray or minimized? Is possible to have AIFlow read my flight plan to identify both my starting ICAO and my arriving airport to allow AIFlow to manage the traffic to my final destination more efficiently? -Thanks, Scott

Good troubleshooting, Brian! I was ready to uninstall UGCX as I'm primarily flying the NGXu. I found the jerky motion unacceptable and was confused with recent comments stating the issue was resolved. By changing the nosewheel steering to RUDDER, I now have a buttery smooth pushback! Thanks, Scott

Open up your Orbx Central and you will see an update for Chaseplane. This new version has added a button to import your Old Prop presets (your Old Prop Presets are not deleted). Go to the Preferences tab and scroll to the bottom. You will see a new button under the Presets Library to "Import from OldProp's ChasePlane" NOTE: The button is not displayed in this image, but will be found just below your preset library location.

Hi Erich, I had a similar issue with floating tress and buildings after a clean full install. Going to the Add-On menu in the P3D start up page, I saw that the Orbx objectflow2 add-on was not enabled (despite running FTX Central 3 to reinstall the Orbx libraries, Global, NA and Europe LC...) I checked the box to enable, clicked OK and my issues were resolved. Hope you find a solution to your issue soon, Scott

I added the FedEx, UPS, and Atlas Air addon schedules to UTL per the package instructions. After running AI2UTL the dhq.ai2utl.log.txt file showed entries for FLAi replacement models for all except the A300 (ABF) Model. No issues for me so far using the "only add missing" option. I tried to duplicate Mike's issue at EDDM and did not have any errors/crashes. I still see more Daedelus repaints than I thought I would. That being said, I only recently downloaded the FLAi models and have not dug into the folders to see what is included. This brings me back to duckbilled's question; will FLAi2UTL use non FLAi models if one places them into the FLAi folder? Time to explore!

I chose the "only add missing" option for my first test. I'm loading various airports to see the new FLAi models. No issues or crashes as of yet. mwilk, which airports did you select when P3Dv4 crashed? I'll try to reproduce on my end.

Totally agree. UTL is growing stale and this will breathe new life into the P3D world.

SimBrief has thee option to use historical weather data using Active Sky. Using this option, SimBrief will import a weather snapshot from Active Sky using the time/date you entered into SimBrief...

Dan, you are correct about Door 2L as the main entry for the 744. However, if the OP wants realistic GSX vehicle locations for catering, fuel, and cargo, then Woozie's guide and customized GSX Aircraft file (linked in my post above) will get the job done.
