  1. People aren't happy when updates are rushed due to issues, and they're not happy when updates are delayed to ensure all the issues are fixed. There's no pleasing some people.
  2. The EU is PG heavy so if you have your settings on max you're going to see spikes. One thing that's helped me is going from ultra to high clouds. This takes the load off my GPU and keeps in the temps down.
  3. Just updated and my sim freezes after loading.
  4. Keep in mind that the public builds are just one of many builds the team is testing internally, so what exactly they're making us test in this build is unknown.
  5. Lol @ people complaining about free updates. You guys must not have been around when FSX was released because MS provided nothing for FSX. Just be thankful we're getting these updates and MSFS 2024; the alternative is MS pulling the plug, and we're left with MSFS 2020 with zero support.
  6. Nope, PC. Never had this issue in the previous builds and GPU load seems the same. I believe others on the MSFS forum also reported seeing higher temps.

  9. I've noticed in the latest beta build that performance is great, but my GPU temps are spiking. Hopefully, whatever is causing my temps to spike will be fixed.
  10. AutoFPS app gives me stutters and reduces the textures which I can do manually. Sure there's some pro's with this app but no one wants to talk about the negatives like stutters which the base sim already suffers from.
  11. The CS 777 is good enough for me. Yes, it's basically a skin of the 747, but it's good enough to fly around. The issue I have with 'complex' planes is the performance. You'll experience an FPS hit and get stutters even if you have a very high-end PC. What's the fun in that? I feel the same way about these complex sceneries, which basically kill the immersion. I'm sure this product will be great for those who want the full experience of flying a 777, but for me, I'd rather have fairly basic planes that you can enjoy and not worry about taking a massive performance hit.
  12. It's likely a server issue. I haven't changed any of my settings and the last few day the sim looks really bad. Blurry textures and reduced LOD.
  13. Here's the LOD issue, ultra settings and no rolling cache. The weird thing is a few days I had no issues whatsoever but over the weekend I noticed really bad LOD so I'm thinking it could be a server issue.
  14. LOD issues are still there. Hopefully it's server related.
  15. Honestly if you fly IRL you can't see detail that far out anyways so if I don't see a big deal about reduced LOD.
  16. I've never experienced this. Are you using Gsync? Freesync?
  17. MK Studio sceneries always have good FPS.
  18. Yup, looks like a VSYNC issue. Do you have GSYNC enabled? One of my monitors would jump like when I had GSYNC enabled.
  19. I use the LVFR static package. No FPS hit and it fills up the airports nicely. I just care about flying and having a stutter free flight so having no AI in the skies doesn't bother me. I'm hoping at some point AI will be usable with MSFS2020.
  20. Funny thing is, I've always had issues with DX11, but DX12 has worked flawlessly with my 3080 and now 4070 Ti Super with FG. One thing I've noticed is that AI traffic still causes stutters and FPS drops, and if I go above 200 TLOD, I get stutters, but FPS still remains high and fluid. I keep my settings at 200, and there are no stutters whatsoever. I'm also running GSYNC with VSYNC and low latency mode on in the NVIDIA panel, which has eliminated tearing on my 240Hz monitor.
  21. Another great update. Amazing FPS and no stutters. Also GPU temps are very low.
  22. Nope. Works great with my 4070 Ti S. Did you delete your cache files after updating?
