  1. Us oldies remember when every polygon was sacred. If you never lived through FS8 on a Pentium II you probably don't think about pizza boxes the same way.
  2. I didn't click at first, because I didn't know how "fake AI" an airplane could be. Now I know and it's much worse than I thought! Do we know if it's MSScenery again, or is someone scamming the scammers? How can this ever get through MS and Asobo when they can't even release legitimate aircraft without months of waiting.
  3. It's directly below the HSI. Page 41 in the manual. "Bendix/King KDI 572R DME". Also in the contents. Learning to fly those "vintage avionics" (less vintage than some of us) is one of my favorite parts of Black square planes. Much more rewarding than following the line.
  4. This is what I like about the MTBF theory. It's super realistic to go 100's of hours with no failures and then get two on the same flight with a new airplane. You just never know these things are going to surprise you which is what makes these aircraft so rewarding to me.
  5. I just practiced an engine shut down last night, and I thought the feathering physics was amazing... Did you put the lever into feather quickly? They won't feather unless you do it quickly after shut down which is realistic.
  6. It's on the wing for the Bonanza but twins have it in the nose. That whole nose in front of the baggage compartment is a fiberglass radome.
