  1. We have released a new product dedicated to PMDG 737 in MSFS that provides a full crew (Co-pilot, mechanic, flight attendants and ramp agents) to assist you flying this lovely bird. It has full integration with the PMDG SDK as well as Native ATC and Simbrief. It's not a scripted adventure. Ask your co-pilot to perform what you want, when you want and even using the verbiage you would speak naturally. No particular protocol to follow. This is voice control that is fun to use. You do the task sharing as you see fit. It's also the first of our products to provide both Voice Control & Button Control. It has a much lower price point compared to our other products that support multiple complex planes. It's the closest you can get to "shared cockpit" nirvana. You can talk to Native ATC or PF3 ATC using proper ATC jargon. No headset required nor is proficiency in English language required. It has a multilingual user interface switchable between English and German, Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian. Anyone can use it. It's available from Simmarket https://secure.simmarket.com/fs-limited-multi-crew-pmdg-737-msfs.phtml Nobody flies the heavies solo, why should you.😛
  2. Good all crewmembers We are pleased to provide even more free voice packs Download Lorna, the very first female MCE co-pilot http://www.multicrewxp.com/FO_Lorna_For_MCE_V2.zip Three more mechanic voice packs http://www.multicrewxp.com/Mechanic_Andrew_For_MCE.zip http://www.multicrewxp.com/Mechanic_David_For_MCE.zip http://www.multicrewxp.com/Mechanic_Lorna_For_MCE.zip Download, unzip and run “InstallVoice.exe” for each voice pack. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very good new year.
  3. Just wanted to mention a couple of things which aren't part of crew simulation per se, but would help you with other add-ons management. The Voxscript engine is now capable of starting external programs. You could create a new voice command such as "start my add-ons", then supply the path to each external add-on program, and they will be fired in the sequence and pace you want. Similarly, if you often happen to forget to close some add-ons like RC4 when leaving FSX, it is possible to automatically shut them down on exit. Got to simulator folder and open "fsInsider.ini" Add this section to the file [sHUTDOWN] AddonTitle1=write_title_shown_on_application_you_want_to_shutdown AddonTitle1=write_title_shown_on_next_application_you_want_to_shutdown etc... etc... Example [sHUTDOWN] AddonTitle1=Radar Contact Version 4 AddonTitle2=PRO-ATC/X AddonTitle3=AivlaSoft EFB System – DataProvider AddonTitle4=AivlaSoft EFB System – DisplayUnit AddonTitle5=EFASS Server AddonTitle6=EFASS Server – Electronic Flight Assistant AddonTitle7=Plan-G3 (v 3.1.0.82) AddonTitle8=FlightSim Commander 9.4 AddonTitle9=FSBUILD 2.3.7.6.2 AddonTitle10=Google Earth There could be the odd add-on that doesn't reply to request for shutdown as expected (maybe a confirmation dialogue in the shutdown process), but it should work for most.
  4. Hi everyone. Make sure you check out the Avsim news. Comments and suggestions for future updates welcome. It's not just added support for PMDG 747. This build has a few refinements here and there. Slightly better PTT (Push To Talk) functionality Better handling of TTS voices (these have been neglected since we moved to using recorded audio a while ago). Better flows execution. Thank you. The FS++ team
  5. Hi, I've just installed FS2crew for the Airbus extended X and I've installed everything it tells me to. However when I go into fsx and select the panel, the Voice button never stays in the on position. There for I cannot speak to the crew. Please help because I'm desperate to get this addon working as it's my first FS2Crew addon I have, Thank you Conner
  6. Apart from going over to Button Control, is there a way to disable the speech recognition text strip in Voice control mode? I really don't need it to repeat back to me what I said. Either it's going to take what I said or not. I don't want it there because every time is comes on my entire screen flickers because I am running with SweetFX and PMDG 737NGX. Any time a text message pops up on a green ticker tape box I get that horrible flickering for a second. Makes recording video a bit ugly. Thanks.
  7. Hi folks, I am using the PMDG 737NGX with SP1C and the FS2Crew 2.3 (not the reboot one) special Bundle. I have several 3rd party liveries installed. Now when I am flying offline with the Free Flight mode, I have no issues at all...I chose the 737 with a custom livery and everything is okay. I also checked all the FS2Crew tweaks, 2D Cockpit, the command line inside of that .INI file which I don't remember anymore now and the Default NGX Startup state as default. Like I said, when flying offline, everything works fine but as I log in inside the Steam multiplayer and connect to a session, chose the airplane (with our without a custom livery, it doesn't matter), I will get a SDK-Error when opening the FS2Crew interface... I really don't have a clue how that could even happen because everything works offline... could it have something to do with "live weather" which is default-active by almost every online-game host? So desperate Thanks for any advice!
  8. As title states, all users running Radar Contact with MCE must update to the latest V2.6.4.2 http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html You will get a slightly better experience interfacing RC4 Selection of menu items happens quicker than before. You may now call various control centers with their respective names. "Canarias Control" "Washington Center" etc... Instead of the usual "Control" or "Center" If you don't own Radar Contact V4.3, and you are on V2.6.3.9 you may ignore this update. Thank you
  9. All our virtual first officers are now type rated on Milviz 732. Also in latest release (2.5.8.2).... Slight improvements to the PTT functionality. A couple of bug fixes related to PMDG J41. http://www.multicrewxp.com/mce.zip
  10. We have released a new product dedicated to FENIX A320 in MSFS that provides a full crew (Co-pilot, mechanic, flight attendants and ramp agents) to assist you operating this bird, either to exact airline SOPs or simply for fun by having an extra pair of reliable hands. It's not a scripted adventure. but rather a fully interactive crew simulation. Ask your co-pilot to perform what you want, when you want and even using the verbiage you would speak naturally. No particular protocol to follow. This is voice control that is fun to use. You do the task sharing as you see fit. For those on real world training, you can assign your own airline checklist for rehearsal, as well as stick to your airline SOPs. This product features both Voice Control & Button Control. It has a much lower price point compared to our other products that support multiple complex planes. It's the closest you can get to "shared cockpit" nirvana, something missing in MSFS. As a bonus, you can talk to Native ATC or PF3 ATC using proper ATC jargon. No headset required nor is proficiency in English language required for those who prefer to operate in Button control mode. It has a multilingual user interface switchable between English and German, Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian. Anyone can use it. For those who enjoy voice control, this is currently the only product of this category on the market where FO will dial FCU SPD, HDG, ALT, VS as well as radios. 90% of switches in VC have direct speech commands you can call-up on when your hands are full. Or have custom flows where you dictate what the FO does and when instructed (custom flows triggered with custom sentences, something only possible with MCE). It's available from Simmarket https://secure.simmarket.com/fs-limited-multi-crew-fenix-a320-msfs.phtml Nobody flies the heavies solo, why should you.😛
  11. NOTAM to all crewmembers Please upgrade to the latest version 2.5.7.8 - Coolsky MD80 is now supported - Fixed a subtle multi-threading issue which occasionally affects scripted flows execution - PMDG MD-11 passenger and cargo doors now properly handled under GSX & AES - FO can now dial QNH with Majestic Q400. - Revised Feelthere ERJ 145 & 135 support to remove the need to bring up the 2D panel when flipping some switches. - Improved Simcheck A300B4 interfacing. - Added ability to request Ground power and airstart cart from Mechanic with PMDG NGX. - Added 2 new ramp agents. Lee and Jose. http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html Have fun. Edit: If you have the MD 80 in your virtual fleet, make sure you run the wizard after installation of the new package. It will ensure the MD 80 related scripts are copied to your \My Documents\...\My voicescripts\.. folder No need to go through speech training though
  12. For those who missed the Avsim announcement, make sure you don't http://forum.avsim.net/page/index.html/_/pr-ann/multi-crew-experience-pmdg-777-r2457 Download your copy here http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html Thank you
  13. Attention all MCE users You are kindly invited to download and install the latest version from our website http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html There is no separate Demo and registered package anymore. What’s new in this version... MCE now officially Prepar3D V2 ready, not just installer. ATC and GSX which were broken earlier have now been restored. It adds full support for CS 707 classic, with simulated flight engineer. Has improved ATC PTT functionality which indirectly improves the ATC feature. Improved interaction with ground mechanic. Fixes a few bugs reported on this forum Adds 2 new ramp agents, Jane and Ray (let’s welcome them). And the icing on the cake, MCE now displays the remaining FS virtual memory on-screen alongside the spoken command. And without hurting performance, since remaining VAS is only computed once when you speak something and not constantly at pre-set intervals. It will help you decide what to do should that value dip under 250 MB, and better understand the impact of various add-ons and FS settings. “Control speedbird 123 request deviation right of track to avoid built-up area” (no, not the usual Cumulo-nimbus) Let the VAS games begin... PS: Note to registered users. When done with installation, run the application wizard to ensure the CS707 new files are copied to the relevant folders.
  14. Hi, is there a software I can use to communicate with PRO ATC through voice command? Thanks in advance. Ronnie
