  1. From the VC view I don’t see it in DX 12 mode.
  2. Just relax. I believe what you saw. The only thing I wanted to do was adding a vid with comparisons, no more no less, and then people jumped onto me 🤕 The moment AS controls Live Weather too I will be the first one to buy 2 licenses. In P3D I used ASP3D on both pc’s. AS is the best weather program out there I totally agree with you that it all comes down to what each of us is happy with 👍
  3. Still you see the same weather when looking around... Preset mode... 🥱 I remember when MSFS came out how happy everyone was that we final got Local Live Weather and when you looked left the weather could be different than we you looked right. Btw : where are the screenshots to "prove" what you are claiming...? 🧐
  4. In my vid , a couple of pages back, I was flying between 2 cloud layers (default weather )..I see this lots of times. in my fill size cockpit I want to see different weather in the distance around me if it exists. Not everywhere I look it is the same, with exception of transitions when going from one weather station to the other. If only Asobo would let 3rd party developers control the MSFS weather completely than AS can really shine. Buying it twice and just for some effects (Passive mode) like turbulence with MSFS 2024 coming in a few months I won’t do.
  5. Those screenshots prove how it is You simply won’t accept it. So be happy with your Preset weather while others are happy with Local weather … Presets simply cannot show different weather around you. You can however use Passive mode in AS : MSFS Live weather + AS extras Btw : I use ASP3D to show weather on the ND and that is always spot on 😎
  6. Yesterday on my flight from Amsterdam to Trabzon I saw lighting too. On a regular base I see lightning ( southern/eastern Europe ) - - - Regarding clouds (no lighting )
  7. This is just going from one weather station data to the other. But you already knew that ….🥳
  8. Preset mode can never bij completely accurate as in real life weather looks different when looking around you .. Eg : left : OC / front : 3/4 clouds / right : few clouds. Hopefully Asobo opens op so Damian and his team can take full control of the weather.
  9. Comparing 2 weather engines to the real world weather in a vid at multiple places was what this vid was about. Separately from that : negative news always sells best ….🤓
  10. In the vid it was about which weather engine mimicked the outside world at that moment best No more no less.
  11. You really did not take a look at it at all. And this YT did know what he was talking about If you taken the time to take a look at the vid you would have known that both weather engines were compared to the real weather outside (meters) at that moment at multiple places. And who nailed it better than the other…
  12. You probably did not look the vid with such a comment …
  13. Just got a phonecall from Frank. He upgraded to the last NV drivers and it looks like that the issue has been solved.
  14. Hi all, This is a problem a friend of mine has. He is 80 years old and loves MSFS. He even has a triple screen home cockpit .Loading into the scenery is working fine. All menus do work before Flying. When using Esc the sim freezes. What he tried : - deleting the user.opt file - instead of loading in windowed mode loading in fullscreen mode - making the windowed mode window smaller before using Esc - lower settings Both cpu and gpu temps are not very high. All other suggestions are very welcome. Thanks in advance on behalf of Frank.
