October 23, 200916 yr I'm looking for the BEST Lockheed Constellation for Fs2004 that I can find. It MUST have a VC panel . I read a review of the one from Abacus but it said that the VC panel was NOT very good. I installed a great looking one that I've had since 2004 ( downloaded from Avsim, BUT it did NOT have a VC panel. Can anyone help me find one? Thanks jerrycwo4

October 23, 200916 yr Hello,Indeed .. great .... but FSX onlyRegards.Gus.Gus, Over at Flightsim.com there are a few Connies and some have VC flight decks. Look for the L1049G and/or the L1649A 2.2. They have all panels including the engineer's panel with the fuel controls. I'm attempting to learn how to manage the fuel on this beauty.Jim D.

October 24, 200916 yr Look for the L1049 Lockheed Super Constellation or L1649A Starliner models by Manfred Jahn and friends. Irrespective of the presence of a Virtual Cesspit it is in my opinion far superior to any other paid or free offering in both looks and technical features. The L749 type is under development too.John My co-pilot's name is Sid and he's a star! http://www.adventure-unlimited.org
October 24, 200916 yr I use the FSDZigns' Lockheed L-049A Constellation. the old BOAC repaint.See belowandandAnd Yes it was a real aeroplane!! (PS. The FS9 image was done before I received an upgrade with the missing windows)Vololiberista Super VC10 into LOWI with PF3 at a cinema near you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=298UDyNmgUA

October 26, 200916 yr Hi all,Yes, the Super Connies by Manfred Jahn would be the way to go at this time. They are for FS9, and have a very nice VC. The 049 is a great model, but no VC. The latest payware is for FSX only.Hope this helps, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
