What aircraft do we all wish PMDG would make?

I would like to see a new FSX version of the 747-400. Since they previously argued that the 777 is a lot like the 747, maybe it won't be hard to make a new 747 after the 777?Anyway. I dream of a Fokker 50, guess it's a long shot. :-)

Not that I have any real say :( , but I'd personally love to see us do a CRJ at some point - it's one of the most popular aircraft in the US right now and there really hasn't been a full fidelity one in FS to date.
You do have a point there Ryan, would love to see the CRJ made by PMDG!!!David

I'm going to say the CRJ since it's one of the most popular regional jets and Wilco sort of failed on theirs. The Wilco is okay, but it's not mind blowing.

Well, my vote goes for the obvious Airbus.

i wouldnt mind seeing a PMDG CRJ-(200/700/900)Airbus A318/319/320/321and to top it, a Dash-8-100 and -400thats all i want for now.

It's better than the default FSX CRJ, but it lacks so much. The FMS doesn't even support terminal procedures (SIDs/STARs) for just one example of many of its shortcomings. A PMDG CRJ would be an instant classic, IMHO.

I vote BAE 146 too. then I can practice landings as London City Airport. You know the one with the extra steep glideslope! =)

I would love to see the Avro RJ family, however, I'm sure that won't happen, because there's not a single company that's willing to make something new. However, let's assume PMDG made the Avro RJ family for FS, they would pretty much have like monopoly on that airplane since PMDG would be the only guys to have developed a payware Avro RJ family. That means that those who wants this airplane, would have to buy it from PMDG. If PMDG were to create a new A320 then that would mean that at least 4 payware A320's would be available, causing a spread of all of the customers. To be honest, I would be happy with anything that PMDG were to make, as long as it's not been done before ( I'm talking a completely new payware aircraft, not a 4th A320 or a 3rd A340 ).

All of the projects currently being undertaken by PMDG are aircraft I will buy and ones that I want. Outside of those however, there are some aircraft I think the community needs that have never received proper representation in the FS world. The first of those is the L-1011, all series (-100, -250, -500). It was one of my favorite aircraft to fly on and it has a unique set of characteristics. Every person I have ever spoken to that flew an L-1011 said they were a joy to fly. I would have to say think MD-11, except with steam gauges. I also had the extreme pleasure of logging some time on an L-1011 sim in the 90s. To borrow a phrase, it flew 'like butta!'.Another aircraft that does not have proper representation is the CRJ-100/200. I know Wilco/Feelthere did one, but it was awful. Plus it is outdated now anyway. This is one of the most popular aircraft in the US and Europe right now. For many regional divisions or subsidiaries, this is their backbone. I would love fly a PMDG CRJ in the Delta/Lufthansa route system at my VA instead of this poopy freeware one I have now.Another aircraft that is absent in a high quality package thus far is the DC-10. I know CLS has one, but it isn't that great. Not worth my money thats for sure. However, the DC-10 was a dependable aicraft for many airlines including United, NWA, American and many others. I would also think PMDG could provide the MD-10 variant with glass cockpit for those who don't wish the go steam gauge. The last 2 on my list is a proper 737-200, aka the pencil sharpener and an A340. Doesn't matter if it's a -200 or a -600, they all work for me. These last two are ones I'd like to see, but I won't be bummed out if they are never produced.

I would love to see the Avro RJ family, however, I'm sure that won't happen, because there's not a single company that's willing to make something new.
Apparently Iris Simulation software have one on the back burner. They've released a sound set for it, with a 'teaser' 146 model bundled with it. Currently, however, there's no other info as to how its progressing or any release information.http://irissimulations.com/catalog/product...d42c2138b21c8b7
