July 2, 201015 yr FS9 CS 727 liveries for the 'Legendary 727' should work, and of course FSX paint jobs too.Create a 'variants' folder here: FSX folder/Captain_Sim/727/variantsCreate a new livery folder with the name of what you are downloading in that variants folder, then download a livery and unzip it to that new livery folder.Start the ACE and choose 'add new', and navigate to that livery folder.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
July 2, 201015 yr you stick the folder in the variants folder and run the ACE EXE and add new livery.Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Captain_Sim\757\variantsThanks. The above is right. a description.txt files needs to be included with the textures MSFS Premium Deluxe Edition; Windows 11 Pro, I9-9900k; Asus Maximus XI Hero; Asus TUF RTX3080TI; 32GB G.Skill Ripjaw DDR4 3600; 2X Samsung 1TB 970EVO; NZXT Kraken X63; Seasonic Prime PX-1000, LG 48" C1 Series OLED, Honeycomb Yoke & TQ, CH Rudder Pedals, Logitech G13 Gamepad
July 2, 201015 yr Like Al's review of the 767 said, I wish there was a tutorial included....these big planes are pretty complicated!!I'm gonna print out the manuals today at work...when no-one's looking! :( If anyone knows of a good site that has an easy to follow guide to setting up and flying a 767, I'd really like to hear about it!Mark
July 2, 201015 yr You should also check out the McPhat liveries available from CS, they are nothing short of astounding. Jay
July 2, 201015 yr If anyone knows of a good site that has an easy to follow guide to setting up and flying a 767, I'd really like to hear about it!MarkYou should be able to use 767 and 757 guides, as the cockpits are very similar, as far as I recall, the only main difference is the hydraulic system. Smart Cockpit has a fair bit of info on both the 767 and the 757: www.smartcockpit.com Given the similarities, you might find this site useful too: www.b757.info/index.html Also of use is the Angle of Attack training aid, which was produced for the Level-D 767, but would do just as well for the CS 767: www.flyaoamedia.com/If you want a decent book on the 767, here are a few options (for both sim versions and the real thing):http://www.amazon.com/Boeing-Simulator-Che...4499&sr=1-2http://www.flight-manuals-on-cd.com/767.htmlhttp://www.esscoaircraft.com/Boeing_767_37...ual_p/13589.htmApart from that, there are plenty of Youtube videos of it, of varying quality, as with everything on youtube, but a quick search will find plenty of them.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
July 2, 201015 yr You could also download the tutorial for the lds 767 .search the library. It's really easy
