September 2, 201114 yr I must be missing something here, but the vast majority of GA cockpits I've been inside in my life (and that's quite a few I must add...) were all made of plastic and well, what can only be described as "pleather" or vinyl like thin plastic coverings... Now all of this I'm sure was over an aluminum sheet that formed the structure of the instrument panel, but to the eye it was mostly plastic. September 3, 201114 yr well when I look at this real life video then I like the "sterile" look from realair.. they are pretty spot on then with their rendering of their cockpits. as close as you can get to real life cockpits. Watch the whole video to see what I am talking about..! instrument panel and interior is just immaculate As much as I like the turbine duke, the VC textures are somewhat lacking. Look at the screws around each instruments in the video, stuff like that could be painted in the texture file...
