Wow, that's quite a bit of vortex generators.

Well as it's been said those are none. But there are some that you can see in this pic (admitted faintly): Look at the lower base of the rudder hinge, and right below/adjacent to that. There's an array of five or six of them. Then there's one bigger on on each engine, and I have really no idea what all those are for in these spots, so if anyone has a clue please do enlighten me. Plus there might be some on the upper wing surface for obvious reasons but I can't quite remember off the top of my head plus you couldn't see them in this pic anyways. This particular plane here seems to have interesting wing tips though. Gotta google for another perspective. :(

Hi,I understood that a lot of liveries have already been painted for the NGX... then, why are we given a livery every 48 hours ? Taking screen shots within FSX takes 10 seconds (including loading the variant) so we could be given let's say 10 at a time, don't you think ?Greg

If you want to really know what this thing is going to look like, do what Vin said and download the full size images from Facebook. After you do that set it to the background on your desktop and it will pop into TOTAL clarity!!! Nothing that the devs have shown so far does any justice to what it looks like in full resoloution on a wide screen monitor. Unbelievable! You can see the little details in the model and the paints. It looks much glossier and realistic on the widescreen as well. I can't wait. I really hope next week sometime we'll get some good news. I've got all my Orbx bought and set up and I'm chomping at the bit!!!Hiram Hunt

Hi PMDG,As I, along with many other people here look forward to the forthcomming release of the AWESOME 737NGX, I would hereby like to make a livery suggestion if I may.There is a low cost airline in South Africa called Kulula and they currently fly a number of 737-800's. One in particular has a rather interesting paint scheme which I have no doubt you might want to have a look at to add to the ever growing list of liveries. The aircraft in question has a registration of ZS-ZWP and a search for reference photos can easily be done on airliners.net. THEY ALREADY SAID THE KULULA PAINTS ARE DONE!!! This request gets made at least once every two days. Ryan said this one was done way back before RSR emerged from the cone of silence. Why do people keep making requests that PMDG already announced as done? Why do people keep making requests that are obviously done? Does anyone here really think they aren't going to do Southwest or Delta or United or Continental or Ryanair or all of the TUI paints? They did FOUR British Airways repaints on the J41 and they don't even fly the plane anymore!!! People getting on here asking for them to do American Airlines are in another universe if for one millionth of a second you think they aren't going to do an AA paint!!! They said they would put out a list of the paints before the release, and they said they would be available for download prior to release day. These guys have been working on this airplane for YEARS!!! Do you honestly think they don't have a list a mile long of paints that they want? They''re surely all the same ones you want!! The model of the airplane has been done for a long time. They have been doing paints for months. Do you think they just started painting liveries the day they showed the first screenshots on this forum? Between the people posting here that never read a post or search the forum before posting, and the people that use no logic before tapping on their keyboards I think I'm going to have an anurism!!! They also said there will be a paint kit just like every other add-on ever made. Hiram...I do apologise to the PMDG crew in advance for what I'm going say, but it's because of people like yourself that simmers refuse to either visit this forum or post comments here!!!I also apologise for not doing more extensive forums search, but I did a forum search for the aircraft registration and did not find any matches, hence the reason for my post. You DO NOT need to bash me down in litttle pieces just for posting something insubstantial such as the post that I made. All you could have said was that the guys at PMDG have already said that they were doing Kulula and that would be that. But no, you have to have a full go at me and I DO NOT appreciate it. I am a PMDG customer just as I'm sure everyone else is and all I ask is that you treat everyone with a little more dignity and respect that they deserve. The tone of your post above seriously needs to be reconsidered if you do not wish to be banned from this forum for good. Allright Steve first things first. I'm not just talking to you. I'm talking about 95% of the posts on this thread. Everyday someone asks if they will paint the Flying 101 paint and everyday someone has to post that they already did it!!! Did you do a search by the airline name? If you had just taken the time to read the other posts in this thread you would have seen that people have already posted multiple pictures of the plane on multiple pages asking the same question!!! The fact that you're a customer isn't relevant. I'm a customer too. I've bought everything PMDG has ever made. You're not paying to be on this forum and neither am I. Also Steve, I didn't "Have a full go at you". If I had you would know it. You weren't the main audience of the post. You were merely the match that lit the fuse. Maybe my post will get some people to just take a glance at PMDG's previous products and think about whether or not their favorite airline will get painted.
