Who cares about the fricking missing texture! ZOMG!!! Leave it be already...The real one doesn't have a GPS, so I could care less.Does the missing texture break anything? No. End of story.

Oh well, he can always change his name and a new email and start over and be someone else :( edit: Ah Dont have the baron.Bob

Framerate with the T-38 is even higher than with e.g. the Carenado Baron on my average system.BTW, forget bliksimpie, not too long ago he accused me of promoting piracy, pretty weird.

I should have added this in the initial post, fps are indeed great. Can't see any impact there from switching over from the Albatross.

Our first release with the super duper high rez models was the UH-1 Huey with the Nemeths. We learned a LOT from that escapade. Now, we make 100% sure that FPS is taken into account. It's a fine, fine line to be walked between systems, look, feel (FDE), FPS and quality. I think and hope that you guys and ladies, find that we are hitting the right balance.Thanks.

whether the texture is missing or not is a trivial matter which could be settled if someone could say which default FSX aircraft uses it so we could check for oursecves.

Thanks for the input!!
Now we are awaiting yours, Bob. At least in close to 30 days. :(

Yep, that is why I have always been attracted to Carenado. I did fly decades ago and only flew a few, so I have no way of knowing the flight dynamics of any given model, so the modeling and attractiveness and attention to detail visually along with the FPS is the only thing I have to go on.I actually get mad at myself because I am soooo particular with the cockpit. So many planes when they do the dash, many times where the dash curves down on the right and left side of the panel, there is this weird looking pattern.Almost like rubber that was stretched and deformed. It is sometimes even discolored and just looks terrible. The rest of the plane may be perfiect but I just cannot live with those types of visuals. Bob

That gauge added to this specific plane is unfortunately not in use in any default FSX plane and have not come with default FSX. :( So you guys will see me here again tomorrow. Good night have a good one. <From MOD-if you come here tomorrow you owe an apology to all in this thread for your tone. We will be expecting one>

I assume you meant you couldn't care less. If you meant could care less implies that you actually could care less about it. Sorry, pet peeve of mine. :(

Your behavior has actually already smeared your face with egg regardless if what you say is true or not. There are respectable ways of going about things and you clearly outlined how not to do it. Your point will be lost in the minutia of how you expressed it, so for me and many others I suspect, the answer is moot.

CoolIP.Awaiting my purchase? Ok I will get it if it goes down to 34.99. Just kidding. I think the timing for a trainer jet was perfect. The only thing I would like to see is a more private version, i.e. GPS and AP. Yep, I am one of those guys who, on a long flight wants to rest his grip a bit. (lookout incoming, hit the dirt) I think the GPS was a great idea regardless of the counter strike folks. A private version of the t-38 would be, I am sure.a great addition to the original offering.Bob

OK, heres where the bear ### in the buckwheat. It's not what you say most of the time, it is how you say it. I am sure at this time with all the negative feedback you are receiving that you must be doing som reevaluation. You again have missed the point with this most current remark along with the guy laughing on the floor. You know forgiveness is a real thing and it happens everyday. It's not too late to post a sincere aplogy. I for onehave been around the block a few times and made a few myself and that is how I know. Swallow your pride as it truly will humble you.ReEvaluate.... it's never too lateBob

Ok, you have to promise me in front of everyone here that it will be released even if you only sell 10 copies of the T-38 now being offered Big%20Grin.gif Bob

That's a great outlook. For now, I will continue learning the current one. My approaches are still a mess when reading about how it's done in the manuals. :(

You mean with the GPS in the VC? There, only the devs can help. But as you see, they are already on the advanced version. But flying the basic way is fun, I like it.
