You negotiate the $125 amount with the wife so when PMDG releases and it goes for $100 or less (if it does), you can pick up another $25 (or higher dollar) add-on and still meet the $125 amount previously negotiated.

If you let your wife control your expenditures to that degree .. most men don't have to negotiate a 100$ expense ..

This has NOTHING to do with being a man, it has to do with putting certain things first in life, like spouse, kids, monthly bills, food on the table, basics like that. My wife and I negotiate anything over $50 for what it's worth... I guess I'm less of a man because of it :(

Congrats on missing the sarcasm. :( Having said that, most "men" don't feel like they need to control the money in order to feel masculine. In addition, most men with any shred of common sense and a family know that many expenditures should be discussed, especially when that family involves more than just you and a sigificant other. :(

I think you guys are on to something big with those 'being a man' definition trials now. I just can't relate that to any flight sim aspect so far, but I'll keep trying.

We´re simulating the OT cockpit conversations RW airline pilots have while drilling holes in the sky. The results will be compiled into a free add-on called "AI Cockpit Banter" (similar to Eliza with voice recognition added) so that you can actually carry-on a conversation with your co-pilot instead of just having him do checklists. The payware version will expand conversation to a female flight attendant along the lines of Leisure Suit Larry.Cheers,- jahman.

Oh, I wouldn´t say that! I find myself often trying to negotiate a $10,00 purchase or less. If I need an add-on, I just transfer money over to my personal debit card. I just wait until she sends out the bills and make my move.I too will probably end up in the dog house once she catches on. Already have my flee collar just in case. LOL

We are surrounded here with single women (their menfolk have run off andleft them) so my better half is very happy that I've got an interest which'keeps me in view' so to speak <g>.A few years ago now her friend from over the road came over to cry on hershoulder.
