I've finally downloaded and installed , thankfully no problems. Hand flown a few hops from Trinidad to Tobago and back with the Latin VFR scenery and this thing is absolutely amazing. It taxis " heavy" and what I love about it the most is that humming sound you get when slowing down the engines after landing and you're taxiing into the gate, and you just rev up a little an then if you will spool down and that low hum plays. It's thrilling to hear it so realistically accurate. Those sounds of th engine especially the small additions of thrust when on the taxiways transport me to all my 738 trips. And I'm gonna compare the sounds of the NGX on taxiing again on Monday as I'm on Caribbean Airlines 738 to trini. Can't wait:) regardless the other products come no where near to this aircrafts sounds . The NGX is just plane real.

Bump - Agreed! I would like to weigh in and say "thank you PMDG". This is simply the the most amazing package ever. I've never before found FSX to be so fun, exciting, and engaging as with the 737NGX. With service based failures on I am finding myself caring quite a bit about my aircraft's well being (ZK-TGH), and growing quite attached to it....

It's early morning and I'm still up and I'm going back to just flying around. However I don't think I'll be fedup of those spooling up and spooling down sounds. It's just amazing I just can't quit running the engines up and down. I'm getting attached to that. I guess everyone will have a couple of things they just absolutely love about the NGX. The sound set is haunting. And after applying some thrust to get moving, the aircraft respond timely and like on a real NG, you hear these weird slightly plastic like creaky noises as the aircraft begins rolling on the Tarmac. Honestly this aircraft after spending just a couple hours marvelling at the finger prints and dust , I am amazed. Ever dreamt of the day when a developer will create a game or in this case a add-on that includes these little nuances and details only you can think up , because they are so minute well, like a good Hughes and kettner or handwired soldano amp, PMDG is the boutique company of the flight sim world.

yes armen, also from me a special thanx and congrats for the sounds. never heard so many tiny, subtle and of course roaring sounds on a fsx airplane. I find myself often just sitting the cockpit on the tarmac and listen to various sounds I can hear. my actual favorite though is when I retract the gear and there is this sound when the doors gear wells close. never had that sound before on a sim aircraft. all this adds so much to the overall experience and immersion that I am glad to have the opportunity here to thank you 'in person'

I'm VERY picky when it comes to details, such as the sound. And you've done what NO ONE has ever done in the FSX community - you've made a sound package that I have no complaints about. This goes for the rest of the aircraft too! Thank you for your hard work!

The sounds are really amazing. I think it is the first plane that Is mandatory to fly with a good sound system + sub to hear all the spectrum. Yesterday I was approaching LGTS and constantly switching to wing view to have the feel of the passenger. The different sound set gave THE atmosphere during the descend. The sound of idle, spooling of the engine was thrilling...! Nothing to compare with the real because its the Real 737. Very well done!Themis KatakalosLGAV

Armen, it's funny that the only addons I don't seek an alternative sound set for are PMDG. Your sound work is beyond compare.

I also love the way it taxies. You apply a little thrust and the power to move the aircraft is delayed. It taxies exactly like I would think a real jet would.I love everything about this NGX.
