May 19, 201610 yr Cast your vote. Thanks for the heads up - the answer is yes Yikes that thread is way old - doesnt look promising Rich Sennett
May 19, 201610 yr Yes! And the old FSX version it's usable (I am using it at the moment) although with some limitations. I would love to have a full compatible version for Prepar3D v3.x Best regards, Luís SYSTEM (build date july, 2023): Case: Lian Li Lancool III | Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z790-E Gaming WIFI | CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-13900K Processor @ 6.0 GHZ | RAM: 128 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB @ 4800 MHZ | MVMe 1: 4 TB Crucial T700 PCIe Gen 5 | MVMe 2: 4TB WD Black SN850X PCIe Gen 4 | Cooler: Corsair iCue H150i Elite LCD XT | PSU: Corsair HX1500i | GPU: Asus ROG STRIX Gaming 4090 OC | Microsoft Windows 11 x64 Pro
May 19, 201610 yr Commercial Member No need for Shade when you have RSP v1.1  Current system: ASUS PRIME Z690-P D4, Intel 12900k, 32GB RAM @ 3600mhz, Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity, M2 SSD, Oculus Quest 2.
May 19, 201610 yr No need for Shade when you have RSP v1.1  Well, I would say they do different things, and can work very well in tandem. You can change the colouration of the lighting in SHADE, as well as the shadow depth, which I use quite often. Anyway after all this time its clear Steve has no interest in making a P3D version of SHADE (wow is it really that old) Maybe someone with the skills could use the same technique used in SHADE and add it to a certain other tool that improved the look of our sim Now that would be nice.
May 19, 201610 yr No need for Shade when you have RSP v1.1  Understood for sure but imagine if they both worked even more magic together - choices are nice  Rich Sennett
May 19, 201610 yr I used Shade in FSX but after converting to P3D I started using ReShade and it works great. I also installed RSP 1.1 and my visuals are stunning as it compliments Reshade wonderfully. I thought I would have to go in and adjust all of my Reshade settings but did not have to at all.......thanks Pe11e!! May 19, 201610 yr Understood for sure but imagine if they both worked even more magic together - choices are nice  They are both working and I am currently using them! No need for Shade when you have RSP v1.1  By all means they are substitute... They work flawlessly as a complement. May 19, 201610 yr +1 to that Flic1. The combination of ReShade and RSP has transformed the visuals in my SIm far and above expectations! Stupidly expensive rig, nonplussed Memsahib, disinterested offspring and a fascinated cat as Rio. XP11, P3Dv3 and an Oculus Rift.
May 19, 201610 yr Absolutely no idea what that is.why would you bring back this thread from tbe dead just to say this? Thats weird.... FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠 Matt Kubanda, 7950X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 5090@4k, MSFS 2024
May 19, 201610 yr +1 to that Flic1. The combination of ReShade and RSP has transformed the visuals in my SIm far and above expectations! Hi - Can you point me to some information about which ReShade tweaks you've implemented? Thank you!
May 21, 201610 yr I vote 'yes'. I've really enjoyed Prepar3d v1 in the last few months since it was released. It's great - but I'm really looking forward to like five years in the future - say 2016 - when we'll probably have version 3 or something! Imagine that - it's going to be SO cool!!! P.S. Random prediction: New York Giants will win Super Bowl XLVI. Put your money on it now!
