May 22, 201214 yr Check the AVSim review. It actually makes flying complex planes easier. Voice command mode is best, you have to be comfortable talking to the computer :)

May 22, 201214 yr Yeah basically you interact with your crew with your voice (there are button versions though). The crew being the ground crew, first officer and flight attendants. You and your FO do flows and checklists etc. it's just like flying a real multi crew airplane. Best Lee

May 22, 201214 yr Jim, fs2crew is a very good program for control of certain aircraft. There are other programs like pfc and mce that do a similar job. Fs2crew simulates the interaction in the cockpit and you buy it for specific aircraft as it is tailored to single aircraft types. The interaction is fixed, so things have to happen in a certain manner and specific things need to be actioned but it gives you a very good insight of airline operations. MCE is more of a jack of all trades, it works for just about every aircraft, including NGX, MD11, default aircraft, Captain Sim aircraft, wilco ERJ, Simchek A300, as well as RC4 and now GSX and AES, all with voice control, but it doesnt give you the specific guides per aircraft because fs2crew is tailor made to individual aircraft. And because it does just one plane the level of realism is enhanced, ie specific flows etc etc cheers lee
