June 8, 201214 yr Hi want to know if there is any good throttle joystick out there so i can buy it . Am looking for just the throttle not the joystick with movement an so on. Its kind of wierd they don't have one with the complete reverse thrust an so on . Or then again maybe they do . I really don't know so i just type throttle joystick in ebay an i haven't found none that i like . So anyone has some recommendation for a nice good throttle joystick ? June 8, 201214 yr The age old question comes into play... how much do you want to spend? You can spend like $90 for a Saitek throttle quadrant or the sky's the limit for the professional training style ones.

June 8, 201214 yr I am very pleased with my Saitek X52. A lot of great controls on the joystick like two hat switches, and multiple controls on the throttle for my left hand as well. X52 <<< I opted for this one on dollar value (and I admit I like the blue LED look) I also looked at these: X52 Pro Hotas Thrustmaster HP Omen Intel Core i9 @ 3.6GHz 64GB RAM @ 1596MHz, NVidia GeForce RTX 3090 Windows 10 64bit, 2 x 2TB SSD, 2TB 7200RPM SATA Drive
June 8, 201214 yr What do you use it for? Commercial, GA, Military. All the suggestions so far are Military type throttles. I have a CH Products quad throttle and wore the detents and a couple pots out in a yr. If I could justify the 370.00 price tag, my next quadrant will probably be a GoFlight. I use FSUIPC for reverse thrust activation.
June 8, 201214 yr Author Thanks guys well i can spend anything once the product is good i will pay any amount of money i have just preorder a new graphic card from AMD that has 6gb. I know FSX will run smooth but the problem is i have joystick that i have to be calibrating the joystick like all the time . Because it makes it hard to land manually when the plane keeps banking to the left. I make decent money so i can afford anything that is worth the money . June 8, 201213 yr Glad to help. May I suggest that when you get the X52 you load the drivers ONLY. Instead of loading the Profile Editor software, first get used to the X52 and the buttons the easy way by mapping the controls and keys directly in FSX Settings. You can add the Saitek Profile Editor SW later, but to try and do so right when you get adds a whole abstraction layer and a lot of complexity. Hope that helps.
