Flight on special deal on steam for next 8 hours - 66% off

Featured Replies

Damn, I am away from my home country at the moment and won't come back before 19th of this month, for some reason Steam doesn't accept my credit card info and I am afraid to reset my paypal password and do payment through it as Paypal is always over protective and would probably lock my account if I tried to reset my pass from foreign IP and computer, and getting it unlocked is total pain.

I hope that at least regular 40% sale is still on when I come back, if not I will need to wait for next sale D:

Have somebody else on steam buy it for you as a gift on their account. They can transfer ownership to you later.

Yeah sounds like you got cheated there having to take those items for free lol.

No I was an active beta tester. That's how I got those items for free. I feel wasted because I didn't wait long enough for special "deals" to come out.

Just to confirm what others have said, I logged into Flight on a machine with Steam to get the purchased DLC code without downloading, then redeemed that code on live.xbox.com and downloaded and installed the DLC with the Games For Windows Marketplace application on a second PC that doesn't have Steam at all.

Yep, it works. I purchased an addon at Steam for the good sale price. Then started the basic Flight download (3 hrs) and about 10 seconds into the download I right clicked and the CD key popup up and I copied the 25 digits to notepad and hopped over to xbox Live and clicked on the redeem coupon and added the CD code and downloaded the content for an instant download and thenow it is there in the hangar.

Thanks guys.
