Chemtrails conspiracy theory debunked

Featured Replies

I have noticed that it is the largely uninformed (those who are clueless about meterology, aviation and physics) who are the most gullible at believing the stupid chemtrail conspiracy theory that is going around.

I don't see many airline pilots or those people with knowledge of aviation espousing that junk.

Am I right? Am I wrong?

Does anyone here believe in it?

People believe in little green men, black helicopters and all kinds of conspiracies. It makes the world go round and keeps things entertaining. Doesn't make a difference in the long run I say more power to them.

People believe in ... black helicopters

I didn't believe in them until I saw one fly over my house. :D Black helo, lots of antennas on the front. The conspiracy isn't that they exist, but what they are and what they're used for. I have no opinion on that myself.

I've also seen "donuts on a rope" contrails. No opinion on that either.

I have no idea what the "chemtrail conspiracy" is, and no link was provided.

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;

I'm not saying they do or don't exist. Just that there's a theory for just about everything under the sun.

Yea nothing to the Chemtrails....

It is the Wind Power windmills that we have to do something about, They keep on hacking away at the air we desperately need to breath.

Did you know if we keep building these windmills then we are treading very close to peek wind and wind reserves will run out.

Not to mention the offshore windmills, if there was a spill, then we would have wind going everywhere.

And the health effects, things like windy lung, gusty gut, and these are just a few of the side effects we are finding out about.

We got to do something about these big wigs at the WindPower companies and send a clear message they have to stop.....

You don't have windy sickness do you Matt? It happens when you get blown about the wind too much. Apparently, if you are prone to getting blown away, you disappear........No one can find you then, not even GPS!!!! :P

I'm part of the worlds largest wind farm and unfortunately you've described some very real people around here. You forgot the noise causing brain damage. Seriously.

Yippee !

I'm so glad that I'm not alone in my beliefs... :Worried:

I'm considering starting a 'Windy' club. Annual meetings/dinners etc to spread the word. Anybody interested ?

Thought so. You have the classic symptoms.

I've heard that as well. I think it is the frequency of the blades that can cause headaches, that part of it I can believe actually as we are prone to react to different types of frequencies of noise or light.

Yeah, really watch those Kiwis, they have volcanos too! :P And Hobbits! http://www.washingto...ml?tid=socialss

On the wind-energy stuff. There are some things which can get really annoying. A friend of mine lived (past tense) close to farm and e.g. always had the shadows of those huge thingies running over his house. Means the blades.

You really get nuts (example, me) just from visiting the place as it's a constant on and off of light during some hours at daytime. And at night, you could hear the things moving. Woosh-woosh. It wasn't really loud but it was there.

I could bet they spray some chemicals on people which later complain. :O

They're right by my house. I've got 36 on my property and the only headaches I get are from allergies. We were sued in 2005 about them being ugly. When that didn't work they switched to the noise. Next up changing the wind patterns preventing rain..........I kid not.
