March 3, 201313 yr Author I'm using it and enjoying it big time :-) Awesome piece of software! Oh yeah Hi Daniel & Stefan, good to hear you're both running with it! Bryan's done a remarkable bit of programming with this.....he just raised the bar several notches again with our enjoyment, education & immersiveness with the NGX! Enjoy gentlemen! March 3, 201313 yr Author Any vids up yet? Hi Christopher, the only vid that I'm aware of at this present point in time is the trailer vid at FS2 Crew Emergency NGX website. (see link below) http://www.fs2crew.com/cart/products/FS2Crew%3A-Emergency-NGX!.html Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if some end-users have started creating some vids to be posted for all to see soon. March 4, 201313 yr Learning :-) but video educating might be something that AOA could make for us ? Michael Moe
March 4, 201313 yr Author Loving it! Great to hear it Kevin! Enjoy! Rgds, Learning :-) but video educating might be something that AOA could make for us ? I hear you Michael.... Emergency NGX is definitely a "Learning Curve" program. As for AOA, I can't say. But maybe, there is a person or team looking into this possibility? And with the 777 around the corner, hmmm Rgds, Ryzen 9 9950X3D @ 5.6Ghz + Corsair Nautilus Water Cooler - 64Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000Mhz - ASUS RTX 5070Ti 16Gb - Samsung G9 Odyssey 49 inch 5120x1440 Monitor - ASUS Crosshair X870E - Win 11 Pro - MSFS 2020 - 3 x NVMe M.2 1Tb - Fractal North XL Case "Tertia Optio, Latebra Factum" Steve Summers
March 4, 201313 yr Wouldn't/Couldn't fly without it. And just a heads up for you guys, ProATC's next update (1.2) will include emergency procedures like divert etc. AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 4.2 32 gig ram, Nvidia RTX3060 12 gig, Intel 760 SSD M2 NVMe 512 gig, M2NVMe 1Tbt (OS) M2NVMe 2Tbt (MSFS) Crucial MX500 SSD (Backup OS). March 4, 201313 yr I'm obviuosly out on a limb with this one, but I can't see the point of having an emergency procedure program that is hardly ever used. Of course unless you have emergencies on every flight! Or am I missing something? Of course unless you have emergencies on every flight! Or am I missing something? I guess it's fun for those who like to experiment with various failures? If you simply like to fly (like I do) the addon doesn't have much use, I think. But I use the FS2Crew button version so this addon is of no use to me anyway.
March 4, 201313 yr Once I am experienced with the emergency procedures I will turn on random failures in NGX. It just notches up the realism for me not knowing when or if there might be a failure and if ProATC 1.2+ adds the possibility for me to declare and emergency or divert....Well then my sim world will be complete!
