April 2, 201313 yr I think I heard Douglas aircraft were a Pilots Aircraft, meaning they were the best of the best. I enjoy the MD11, she definitely is not "just another Boeing" and it will keep your toes. Especially in a cross wind landing. Still a great plane from PMDG, she will have a place in my fleet for a long time. Jhan M. April 2, 201313 yr Most definitely! PMDG is many levels above other aircraft developers. When I'm not flying my NGX, I take the MD-11 out of the hangar for cargo ops. The fact that both planes are so different to fly, keep things interesting.
