Ordered through Simmarket and I get the "NO ORDER FOUND" message.  Release is hosed on this account.  Do hate giving away money for no return.  First time with Majestic and not a great experience up front.

Sorry if I am a bit stupid maybe, but what does "You need your counter reset" How do I do that?

I'm waiting to grab this plane, but only after the excitement has died down a little...

I bought it last night too, got all the same error messages as everyone else trying to activate it. Was up very late and was miffed thinking screw it I just want my money back.. As I lay in bed to go to sleep, it occurred to me how blessed I was to even have electricity and a good computer able to even give error messages, a bed to lay miffed in, a heater to keep miffed me from freezing over night, and food for miffed me in the morning. It's easy to blow material things out of proportion sometimes when I'm disappointed, and last night was one of those times. But thanks be to God as I was dozing off he helped me realize there is more to life than flight simulators, or even food and clothing. So I repented of my bad attitude, and this morning guess what, it installed without a hitch. Thanks also to the Majestic guys for coming in on Sunday to help get things sorted out.

Amen.  Well said Chris.  We are slowing getting there, quite a few support emails to respond to especially since our site is down at the moment.  Hopefully we can get things fully up and going by tomorrow.

Majestic are just the best.   I bought their Q300 in early 2005 and have followed and supported them ever since.      The only person who has as much passion for an aircraft as Majestic have for the Dash 8, is Espen from Coolsky, with his DC9/MD-80s. :smile:

 

The guys at Majestic have lived and breathed Dash 8s for over 8 years in the FS world, and deserve the phenomenal success they'll get with this game changing product.
