This IS a shame!

I payed 49 Euro for this 19 hours ago! And STILL not able to fly or use it!!!

First of all my FSX crashed due to a message saying "a fatal error has occured"... (like I worte before)

The i spend hours last night to find a way to fix that, (and I have tried EVERYTHING!) but NO!

Then, this morning when I tried to install the Dash again I got a NEW message saying "Installs Exhausted" (???)

I give up!!! This is beyond acceptable! (looks like MANY of us have all sorts of problems to get this bird to work!) The Majestic website is down (?)

I send an e-mail to JustFlight last night, where I bought it from, and still no answer/reply!

Justflight/Majestic or who ever needs to fix this real soon! Or I want my 49 euro back!!!

Sorry for repeating my self but I am so frustrated and disapointed!

Download was quick and install straight foward

 

Probably the best FSX payware I've flown....and I have the NGX

 

My computer is about average and getting great FPS

 

Only thing the flight dynamics are outside FSX so kacars showing +1000 landing rates. But tracks the flight

Instead of emailing the distributor...ask support from Majestic directly: [email protected]

Their facebook says to use that for support until the forum is back online. I know you're disappointed but your patience will be rewarded immensely. It's an amazing bird.

Bought it yesterday, install straight forward.

Great plane, great FPS

Could do with better instructionflight/manuals but I am sure that will come.

Next to my Coolsky classic this is my aircraft of choice !

Ever thought about a career as a diplomat or health care professional, Airhauler? ^_^

 

I was just going to order, now that most of America is going to bed, but I may hold off a little longer while they sort things out. 

 

JF are one of the best for service, they've probably been at it constantly and it is Sunday now. I do know the feeling, but I'm sure you'll get sorted out very soon Per.

Take time to breath Per..... I also can not fly her eventhough I bougth it last night... Just keep your blood pressure low and stay patienced... they'll sort it out soon enough...

We waited years for this aircraft, what's another couple of days compared to that?

Bought it yesterday when it got released, download was fast, no problems with installation or anything else.

Hey Pellebus,

I feel your pain ... I've seen comments from some people who hat fatal errors after installing without admin rights.

Make sure you start the installer as administrator once your exceeded number of installs got sorted.

AlbertM, I made sure to install as Admin and am having the same problem as Pellebus.  Any other suggestions?

I bought it, installed it and am flying no problems. It's miraculous.

 

Oh yeah--I am deployed in Afghanistan. In a tent. On a satellite link. With a laptop and my trusty "field" joystick.

Per make sure you install as administrator "run as administrator" and enable on the FSX shortcut also run as administrator.

After reinstall reboot...
